Under the background of rapid development of urban and rural economy,the template high-support system has also been widely used in the construction of cast-in-place concrete structures.The form of template support widely used in China’s construction industry is fastener-type steel pipe scaffolding.The stencil is a high support system,but the use of the template collapse often occurs during its use.It is mainly caused by a combination of factors,including unreasonable design,unsatisfactory material quality,and unreasonable construction.Therefore,based on comprehensive prevention of this phenomenon,it is necessary to strengthen the management of the above related factors.This paper expounds the rationality and importance of the application of the wheeled steel pipe bracket.In this paper,the finite element analysis software SAP2000 is used to simulate the impact of the erection parameters of the wheel-type template support frame on the bearing level of the system.The following simulations are carried out,and the following conclusions are obtained: First,the poles of the support frame are set up.Both the horizontal step and the horizontal step will have a very large impact on the system’s bearing level.Secondly,the sweeping rod is built to have a greater impact on the bearing level of the support frame.The distance between the sweeping rod and the ground will have a greater impact on its stable bearing level.Thirdly,by establishing a horizontal scissor support,a large carrier reinforcement effect can be exerted on the bearing level of the wheeled template support;Fourth,the constraint at the bottom of the pole will also have a greater impact on the bearing level of the support frame,especially the fact that the corner rod suspension is representative,which will have a greater impact on the bearing capacity of the support frame.After borrowing from the Guancheng Inter-city Guangzhou South to Wanghong Station,the Guanguan Station project has carried out analysis from the aspects of the wheeled formwork process,construction operation flow,operation core,quality management and safety strategy,and gave the wheeled steel pipe elevated.The construction brings a good technical reference and also lays a good theoretical foundation for promoting widespread use.
