Driving Factors Of Green Supply Chain Management In Housing Decoration Materials Enterprises

With the deterioration of the ecological environment and the improvement of consumers' green consciousness,the government and society put forward higher requirements for the green supply chain management of housing decoration materials enterprises.At present,although the depth and breadth of green supply chain management in housing decoration materials enterprises have increased significantly,there are still some problems.Many researchers have explored the driving factors of green supply chain management,but there are few studies on specific influence angle of these driving factors.Therefore,in view of the characteristics of the housing decoration materials industry,the following research has been carried out.Based on the research of green supply chain management and stakeholder theory,this paper identifies the core stakeholders that affect the green supply chain management of housing decoration materials enterprises,including executives,government,consumers,supplier and distributor.Through interviews with typical enterprises,this paper establishes a model of the influence of external stakeholders on green supply chain management through the environmental awareness of internal executives.Furthermore,the model introduces enterprise scale as a moderating variable.Based on the survey of 245 housing decoration materials enterprises,this paper uses factor analysis and regression analysis to verify the research hypothesis.Empirical analysis results show that government incentive policy,consumer green premium acceptance,consumer green cooperation,supplier and distributor green management collaboration have significant positive effects on green supply chain management,while there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between government mandatory policy and supplier and distributor green knowledge sharing and green supply chain management of housing decoration materials enterprises.In addition,there exists intermediary effect of executive green risk awareness and green benefit awareness between external stakeholders and enterprise green supply chain management.Enterprise scale can negatively regulate the impact of government mandatory policy,government incentive policy,consumer green cooperation,supplier and distributor green knowledge sharing on enterprise green supply chain management.This article discusses the results of empirical test,and puts forward some suggestions on how to effectively improve the green supply chain management level of housing decoration materials enterprises from the perspective of executives and government.There are 11 figures,51 tables and 88 references in this dissertation.
