| With the ceaseless deterioration of the ecological environment and continuous improvement of consumers’ awareness of environmental protection,the government and society put forward higher and higher requirements on relevant enterprises in the construction industry.The proposal of green building solves the problems of high energy consumption and high pollution in construction field.It is the best practice of sustainable development strategy in construction field.The good development of green building has very important and positive affect in environmental protection and resource utilization in China and the world.China’s green building has entered the stage of all-round development since the launch of the “National Green Building Innovation Award” in September 2004.Up to now,the breadth and depth of China’s research on green building also shows an obvious upward trend,but there is still much room for progress in the speed and scale of development.In order to help enterprises further improve the development level of green buildings,many researchers have conducted relevant study on green buildings,including the construction of evaluation system performance,looking for constraints and driving factors,game models with government participation and supplier selection,etc..All of them have achieved certain research results,which has laid a foundation for the better development of green buildings.However,at present,there are few research results on the driving elements related to the development of green buildings,and most of them are qualitative research.Aiming at this problem,this thesis innovatively adopts the combination of qualitative and quantitative research on this issue,and from a new and more comprehensive perspective-a supply chain management perspective to determine the driving elements related to the development of green buildings by core enterprises.This paper uses qualitative methods,combined with a large number of studies on green building,supply chain management and related theories,and summarizes five core stakeholders and external environmental main thrusts that influence core enterprises to develop green buildings based on supply chain management,and establish two Eleven core driving elements.The relationship between the core main thrust and the behavior of enterprises to promote green building is analyzed,and the causal link system of the driving elements of core enterprises to promote green building is obtained.Combined with quantitative research,this paper deeply studies the driving factors of core enterprises to promote green buildings,and regards the five driving factors in the whole driving factor model as potential parameters,and the driving factors are observation indicators,and five assumptions are given.Combined with the form of questionnaire survey,the opinions of relevant practitioners in the industry were collected,and the 303 questionnaires collected were checked for validity,so as to grasp the relationship between observed parameters and potential parameters.The AMOS21.0 computer application was introduced to divide the structure into model data fitting,and the five assumptions were also confirmed.At the same time,the driving influence results of various driving factors and core enterprises in promoting green buildings were given,based on the reference specification formulated by Cohen,each driving element is arranged to determine the core driving element.Combining the optimal architecture equation system to obtain the path index,the two potential driving variables of government-driven and external environment-driven are the most obvious drivers for the development of green buildings by core enterprises,in this regard,it puts forward suggestions on the development path from government guidance to market promotion,which provides a strong basis for promoting core enterprises to develop green buildings. |
