Based on the requirements of national deep space exploration mission for the application scope and attitude control accuracy of the next generation spacecraft,this paper mainly simulated the working characteristics of the wide-range micro-flow proportional storage and supply system applied to Hall thruster.This research involves four test systems,three of which are divided into piezoelectric proportional type and electromagnetic proportional type according to different control types,a total of seven systems.Starting with the basic components,this paper elaborated the detailed process of modeling and experimental verification based on the working principle of the components in AMESim simulation platform,and tests the output accuracy of the components according to different output settings.Finally,it facilitates the call of the same components between different systems and encapsulates each component.In the aspect of analysis,each propellant system is simulated and tested comprehensively.The simulation includes structural parameters,closed-loop control simulation and steady-state output response simulation under full operating conditions.The effects of piezoelectric chip configuration,valve core specifications,pipeline inner diameter and throttle orifice number on steady-state output accuracy of the system are analyzed,and the structural optimization scheme is proposed.And according to the influence of individual components on the output characteristics of upstream and downstream modules,a horizontal comparative study is carried out.In the aspect of noise interference analysis,this paper mainly analyses the influence of gas flow noise and sensor circuit noise on the steady-state output of the system.Three-dimensional flow field simulation was carried out for the airflow pulsation process in the micro-channel of proportional valve,and the pressure,temperature and velocity changes of airflow during the opening of valve core were analyzed.The noise of the circuit of pressure sensor and flow sensor was simulated and introduced into the system,and the conclusion was drawn that the influence of circuit noise on the steady-state output accuracy of the system was negligible.
