A Communication Company is a Class A communication engineering survey and design company subordinate to Branch Company of G Province.The business scope covers consultation and design of communication engineering,information engineering,building intelligence engineering,building decoration engineering,planning consultation,investigation and design,project supervision,system integration,general contracting and advertising planning etc.,which can bring the integration service for the customer.The company has many years of experience in communication,network planning and design and supporting engineering.It has provided the main technical support for the communication industry in G Province and survey,design,comprehensive planning and other services for the communication operators,government and enterprise customers,so it has accumulated a variety of experience.Taking the telecommunication design market of G Province as the background of environment,and based on the theories of modern enterprise management,information and communication technology,telecommunication industry development,marketing,enterprise financial management and other disciplines,this paper analyses the internal and external environment,market pattern,enterprise competitiveness and other factors of the main body A telecommunication company,the feasible development strategy can be chosen,adhere to the strategic idea of "technology as the core,talent as the foundation,management as the cornerstone,market-oriented,customer-centered",give full play to our own cooperation advantages and resource advantages,quickly perceive and meet the changing needs of customers,and continue to consolidate and strengthen the traditional telecommunications business.Communications planning,consulting,survey and design business;insist on pioneering and enterprising,point-to-area,constantly enhance mobile,unicom,tower and other business;integrate the company's high-quality resources,strive to open up the group customer market,create new business growth points.Under the overall strategy,this paper argues that A Communications Company should adopt target agglomeration strategy and low-cost strategy as its core competitive strategy.Target aggregation strategy is focusing on the design market of G Province Telecom as the core business development,using related resources,investing enough design power,improving service quality and creating brand effect,in order to ensure that the company has a stable customer base in the fierce market competition environment.At the same time,cultivating the market,exploring and developing other related design service markets in all directions,and expanding the scope of our company's business;low-cost strategy is introducing relatively low design fees in the industry,while supporting high-quality design delivery services and products,while providing more efficient and high-quality design services and delivery results,we should form scale effects and barriers to entry.To further consolidate the design market share of A Communications Company.According to the above strategic objectives,this paper should achieve the following objectives at the business level.Business Level:Mainly in communication survey and design,supplemented by information consultation service and supervision project;Customer relationship:focusing on tamping telecommunication design market,striving to develop China Mobile,China Unicom,China tower,collector market;Market coverage:based on G province design market,exploring the design market of central and Western provinces;Development scale target:content revenue growth rate of 10%or more in the next three years,group Customer market growth rate reached 20%or more.In order to achieve the strategic objectives,A Communications Company must achieve the following five requirements:(1)optimize the organizational structure and transform to a new type of dynamic and executive organizational structure;(2)strengthen the technical team and lay a development model with technology as the core;(3)enhance market competitiveness,become stronger and stronger,and become the strongest information industry consultancy service provider in G Province;(4)enhance production.Management efficiency,innovative production process standardization,reduce production costs;(5)Strengthen corporate culture,carry forward the advanced corporate culture idea of "employee as the foundation,customer as the center".The value of this paper is to provide thinking and exploration for company positioning,market awareness,strategic development of A Communications Company,and also provide strategic reference for similar design service units.
