| In recent years,decorative materials such as decorative mortar have attracted more and more attention.The function and decorative effect of the decorative mortar is continuously improved,making it a place in the wall decoration material.In the research of decorative mortar,domestic outdoor wall decoration mortar is mostly,but the research on interior decoration mortar is less,and there is no substantial breakthrough.In this paper,the decorative mortar is functionally modified by incorporating porous materials such as shell powder,sepiolite fiber and diatomaceous earth.The decorative mortar blended with these porous materials is non-toxic and odorless,has the functions of moisture absorption and humidity control,can improve people’s comfort,and has certain purifying function for formaldehyde.It is a new type of indoor environmental protection decorative mortar.In this paper,the properties of porous materials are studied firstly.On the basis of this,the effects of single-mixing and mixing methods on the mechanical properties,moisture absorption performance,moisture release performance and air purification of decorative mortars are studied.Finally,how to mix them is studied.The performance of the decorative mortar is optimized by adding an additive.At the same time of macroscopic testing,the internal morphology and crystal of the Porous material and mortar were measured and characterized by microscopic testing methods such as scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffractometry.The mortar-sand ratio and mechanical properties of decorative mortar were studied by single factor experiment and orthogonal design experiment.The factors were shell powder,sepiolite and diatomaceous earth.The results show that the ratio of the rubber sand is in the range of 1:1.0 to 1:1.67.With the decrease of the ratio of the rubber sand,the stratification of the mortar is reduced to some extent,the compressive strength and the flexural strength are reduced,and the bond strength is When increased,the reduction ratio is reduced.The single-mixed shell powder has an increase in compressive strength and flexural strength in the range of 5%-10%,and the blending amount exceeds 10%.The compressive strength and flexural strength begin to decrease,and the compression ratio increases.With the addition of sepiolite fiber,the compressive strength decreases rapidly,the flexural strength decreases gradually,and the compression ratio decreases gradually.The diatomaceous earth is mixed with 0-15%.When the amount of the mixture increases,the compressive strength and the flexural strength first increase and then decrease,and the mechanical properties are best when the dosage is 5%.In the study of the effect of porous materials on the humidity control performance of the mortar and the purification of formaldehyde,it was found that when the shell powder,sepiolite and diatomite were separately mixed,the amount of moisture absorption and dehumidification increased with the increase of the amount of the shell powder.The amount is gradually increasing.When mixing,the shell powder dosage is 2%,the sepiolite content is 9%,and the diatomite content is 4%,the humidity control performance is the best.When the shell powder content is 4%,the sepiolite content is 3%,and the diatomite content is 8%,the decorative mortar has the best formaldehyde purification rate,and the test result is 79%.In the study of the effect of admixture on the performance of new indoor environmentally friendly decorative mortar,it was found that the blending amount of dispersible latex powder is about 3% to 4%,which can improve the flexibility of decorative mortar.When the content of cellulose ether is 0.2%-0.3%,the water retention and mechanical properties of the decorative mortar are the best.Wood fiber has a certain increase in the early strength and toughness of the decorative mortar.The amount of mortar can be incorporated into the mortar by 1% or more.Different defoamers have different effects on decorative mortar.When defoamer is used,BGermany STRUKTOL?SB232DL defoamer should be used,and the dosage should be 0.2%.Polypropylene fiber has the effect of enhancing the toughness of the decorative mortar.The flexural strength reaches a maximum of 4.5 MPa when the content is 0.3%,and decreases to 4.4 MPa when the dosage is 0.45%.According to the relevant standards,the general performance of the new indoor environmental protection decorative mortar was tested,and the test results all met the standard requirements.It was thus proved that a new indoor environmentally-friendly decorative mortar with excellent performance can be obtained by adding porous materials. |
