Design And Research On Renewal And Protection Of Historic Conservation Area Based On Urban Texture

The historic conservation area contains the rich historical and cultural information of the city,continues the unique architecture and cultural features of the city,and is the precious wealth of the city.But after a long time of baptism of historic conservation area are often faced with building damage,environmental dilapidation,function decline and a series of internal problems;Today,with the rapid development of urban modernization.The present situation of historic conservation area is worrying,and the renewal and protection is particularly urgent under the further impact of the fierce urban construction activities and the complex social and economic environment and other external factors.From the perspective of urban texture,this paper makes meaningful research and exploration on the renewal and protection design of historic and cultural blocks.Through the introduction of "urban texture",a specific urban design "means",the integration of design ideas from the macro level to the micro level is constructed,so as to better guide the design of the renewal and protection of historical and cultural blocks.The design practice is carried out for the triangle land and the east Beijing street of Changchun south square.I hope it can be used for reference to the renewal and protection design of other historic conservation area.This paper consists of four parts:The first part of the paper is the introduction,which mainly points out the background of the topic,the purpose and significance of the research,the research object and content,and then summarizes the relevant research at home and abroad,and finally determines the research method and research framework of this paper,so as to prepare for the further research in the future.The second part of the thesis is the analysis of urban texture and the introduction of the renewal and protection principles of the historic conservationarea.Firstly,this paper introduces the definition and characteristics of urban fabric,summarizes the relevant factors of urban fabric formation and the classification of urban fabric,then introduces the concepts of historic conservation area,and extracts the urban fabric elements in Changchun south square.Finally,it summarizes the goal and principle of the renewal and protection of historic conservation area.The third part of the paper is the interpretation in the triangle area and the east of Beijing street in Changchun south square historic conservation area texture features,.First of all,the paper introduces the triangle area and the east of Beijing street in Changchun south square historic conservation area,.After the four city basic elements in combination with the plot carried on the thorough analysis,.Finally sums up the problems faced by the plot.The fourth part of the thesis mainly for the triangle area and the east of Beijing street of Changchun south square historic conservation area update protection strategy and design research.First of all,on the basis of above research constructs the historic conservation area update protection strategy.And then from the perspective of four urban texture elements respectively to comb and summarize the corresponding update protection strategy,at the same time of strategy is proposed for triangle and Beijing street east has carried on the comprehensive design practice.
