Study On The Construction And Design Of "Living,Production And Ecology" Landscape System Of Pastoral Complex In Meishan Baima

In recent years,due to the accelerating urbanization and the slowing progress in rural areas,there’s a growing gap between urban and rural areas.In order to alleviate the urban and rural dual structure,our government has increased investment in rural areas,and has implemented some measures such as transferring the traditional agriculture,reforming the supply side of agriculture and strengthening land management.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China holds such statements as ensuring the harmony between human and nature and achieving rural vitalization strategy,which points out the direction for the future development of rural areas.Rural complex is an effective measure for promoting the implementation of rural vitalization strategy,propelling the deep integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas,deepening agricultural supply-side reform,and accelerating agricultural cultivation and rural construction.On the basis of research at home and aboard,the paper expounded on rural development comprised of the key development model of rural complex,the fundamental construction of “produce,living and ecology” theory and the design ways of rural landscape including appreciation,feature,ecology,participation.From three main aspects of productive landscape,living landscape and ecological landscape,a rural landscape system is built,which adheres to the principle of sustainability,regionalism and comprehensiveness.The exploration of the landscape design strategy for production,culture and ecology guides the rural landscape planning and design of the rural complex.The paper sets part of Meishan Baima area as the research area.The existing problems of it has been concluded,after many times’ visiting and investigation of the research area,analysis of the natural environment,human resources,tourism resources and industry situation of it by its field data,image acquisition and the industrial economy data.These problems are single-structured industry,low fusion of the three main industries,a small number of residents in village,poor community participation,lack of ecological environment protection and landscape value.Firstly,the rural complex model is used to guide the research area to separate the function zone,update industry,integrate resource and improve environment.Secondly,landscape design is carried out for the view nodes of the research area under the rural complex model,which was divided into three aspects.The first one is to create the ecological landscape through designing landscape of mountain,water and plant following the local natural conditions.The second one is to create the living landscape through designing landscape of agricultural production and leisure activities,with the promotion of modern agriculture and other creative agriculture.The last one is to create the ecology landscape through designing landscape of rural settlement and humanistic culture.All three mentioned above are ultimately aiming to guide the agricultural development,rural construction and ecological protection of the research areas.The final conclusions in the paper are described by five aspects,such as the construction of “produce,living and ecology” rural landscape system,the landscape construction principle and landscape design method of “produce,living and ecology”,the value of “produce,living and ecology” landscape system applied to the pastoral complex,the relationship between the “produce,living and ecology” landscape design and industrial development in the pastoral complex,the challenges of “produce,living and ecology” landscape design method applied to Meishan Baima’s pastoral complex.
