With the continuous development of China's economy,the logistics industry has become a pillar industry of China's economic development,and has been increasingly valued by all walks of life.As an important part of the logistics system,logistics and distribution mainly consists of several important aspects such as distribution of goods storage,transportation route selection and transportation vehicle scheduling.Logistics distribution is a high-energy material transportation activity,which will emit a large amount of greenhouse gases.With the continuous promotion of low-carbon concept,lowenergy logistics distribution and low-carbon logistics distribution mode have gradually become the development trend of future logistics.Power grid companies are also gradually strengthening the management of logistics and distribution,making it more standardized.Grid material distribution route planning is a very important link in the construction of grid material distribution network.The problem of distribution route planning is not only related to the logistics cost of grid enterprises,but also affects the operational efficiency of grid enterprise logistics.More systematic and standardized management of logistics work of power grid enterprises can improve the overall competitiveness of enterprises.Optimizing the distribution of materials for power grid enterprises and promoting the construction of logistics facilities for power grid enterprises is of great significance for ensuring power supply,improving logistics operation efficiency and reducing logistics costs.Firstly,this paper studies the logistics distribution optimization theory and logistics distribution optimization method.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of grid enterprise material distribution from the perspectives of grid material classification,distribution management and distribution mode,and discusses the necessity of grid material distribution optimization.The distribution optimization objective function is constructed from the perspectives of cost,transportation cost,carbon emission cost and time cost.Then,based on the research of traditional genetic calculation and related improvement theory,the improved ideas of genetic algorithm are summarized,and an improved genetic algorithm based on hill-climbing algorithm and adaptive value sharing is proposed.Two typical test functions are used at the same time.Verify the convergence and robustness of the improved genetic algorithm.Finally,the traditional genetic algorithm and the improved genetic algorithm are used to encode the simulation of XX grid company's material distribution,and the effectiveness of the improved genetic algorithm to solve the path optimization problem is verified.The results show that the cost of carbon emissions and the total cost of distribution for the path sought by the improved genetic algorithm are reduced.
