| With the continuous development of economy,the proportion of added value of logistics industry in the national economy has been increasing,which has become the pillar industry to promote the economic development of our country.Material distribution is an important part of logistics industry,which includes many functional elements of logistics,including material storage,route selection and vehicle scheduling.As a high energy consumption material transportation activity,material distribution has a great impact on the environment,and a large amount of greenhouse gases will be discharged during the operation.In recent years,the state has attached great importance to environmental protection,and the concept of low carbon has been promoted.Low energy logistics and low-carbon logistics have become the mainstream of logistics industry.As the world top 500 enterprises,State Grid Company has constantly strengthened the standardization of power grid material distribution.As an important part of the management of the distribution route of power grid,material distribution route planning not only concerns the logistics cost of power grid enterprises,but also affects the operation efficiency of power grid enterprises.There are 1700 power grid enterprises in China’s carbon market,involving an annual average carbon dioxide emission and an annual carbon emission of about 3 billion tons.The optimization of the distribution of materials for power grid enterprises can improve the efficiency of power grid operation,ensure the timeliness of logistics distribution and reduce the cost of distribution,and also reduce carbon emissions,which plays a leading role in the field of low carbon for other enterprises.Based on this,this thesis first elaborates the theory of material distribution and vehicle route optimization.Through summarizing and combing the development status of the material route optimization problems at home and abroad,and the reference literature of the material management mode of the power grid enterprises,the paper puts forward the thinking of material distribution path optimization in power grid enterprises.Secondly,considering the importance of the time-effective distribution of power grid materials,combined with the current low-carbon form,the cost of carbon emission and time penalty are added to the path optimization,and the optimization model of material distribution in local and municipal power grid is constructed.Finally,on the basis of the research of genetic algorithm and simulated annealing theory,the paper makes some suggestions for the two.The two processes,namely,the initial solution of mileage saving algorithm and local search algorithm of large neighborhood search algorithm,are added to the genetic simulated annealing algorithm,and the distribution path of materials in T city grid enterprises is optimized.The results show that the genetic simulated annealing algorithm proposed in this paper has a higher superiority in search than the other two models.In the process of expanding the range of the solution,the problem of getting the optimal solution is avoided,which is caused by the local optimal solution and the iteration times is too long.This will promote the development of the power grid and provide constructive reference for the material distribution path selection of power grid enterprises. |
