Requirement of resource allocation is higher under the multi project,Enterprise resource allocation is not reasonable lead to delays is very common.In view of the multi project parallel resource conflict,the allocation of resources and the traditional CPM,PERT method has been unable to meet the needs of multi project management,in this paper,the critical chain method is applied to multi project management.Rresource constraints and process logic constraints are considered to make up for the shortcomings of traditional schedule management methods.Aiming at the deficiency of the traditional method of "cut and paste method" and "root variance method",Using grey prediction model to estimate the duration of the process,Introduced the GM(1,1)model into the buffer settings,which takes into account the resource use tension,the link complexity and the risk preference level.The buffer size calculation has been improved.Finally,An example is given to verify the feasibility of the GM(1,1)to estimate the duration of the process,and the calculation method of buffer size based on grey prediction is presented.Through the analysis of the project resource requirements and process constraints,Using ACTIM value method to identify the initial Critical chain.Based on the identification of critical chain,establishing multi project critical chain combination and resource allocation model.The minimum of total duration and the level of resource utilization is got by the genetic algorithm.Through the analysis of the total duration and resource supply before and after optimization,it is proved that the improved grey critical chain of multi project resource allocation is more reasonable.And get the level of resource utilization.Avoiding unreasonable allocation of resources,furthermore,it is concluded that the supply of various resources in the project period.Providing a reference for the project managers to develop the resource allocation plan,and improving the management efficiency effectively.
