| This thesis focuses on the selection of indicators and the setting of index weights of the evaluation system of investment decision-making for distribution network construction in X company.Expert investigation is the main research method.The thesis contents are as follows:Firstly,based on the existing standards,key elements impacting on the construction of distribution network are analyzed.By means of interviews and Delphi,the final identify indicators and related logical relationships are established.Secondly,the index weights are set by AHP,according to the results of the questionnaires and nominal group technique.On the basis of quantitative scoring and comprehensive rating,the investment combination of projects is optimized with capital constraints.The model applies to the projects in 2018.Compared with the actual scheme,the accuracy is verified.Last but not least,the practicality of the model is verified through the projects implemented by X company in 2019,after comprehensive ordering,and under the limit of total annual investment,the optimal scheme result is got.It is necessary to improve the efficiency and the returns of investment.X company is used as an example to study an evaluation system of decision-making optimization method for distribution network construction which refraining from short-term behavior,ineffective investment decisions.It can provide references for other power supply enterprises. |
