The AC contactor has major problems such as long-term power consumption,coil heating,and high failure rate during operation,which affects the safety and reliability of the device work to some extent.According to preliminary statistics,the current use of AC contactors in China alone has reached 950-800 million,and the worldwide usage exceeds 4 billion.However,from the point of view of power consumption,it is necessary to supply power from several large power stations.Based on the need of energy saving,this topic takes the new AC contactor energy-saving device as the main research task.By means of the mechanical self-locking principle of the three-dimensional tracing track,the AC contactor can be self-locked while working,so that the working coil can be almost done.By no energy consumption,it can save more than 95%energy compared with traditional AC contactors.After collecting and searching related literatures and patents at home and abroad,I have not found any similar energy-saving AC contactors.I firmly believe that the development of new energy-saving AC contactors can greatly reduce the operating costs of the industry,and revolutionize the application of future AC contactors.The specific work is as follows:(1)In terms of the structural characteristics of the AC contactor,a new energy-saving AC contactor with built-in method design and mechanical self-locking is adopted.In the traditional AC contactor,the three-dimensional tracing track mechanism is added to realize and communicate.The linkage of the contactor realizes the mechanical self-locking of the new energy-saving AC contactor.Under the power supply of the AC contactor coil,the locked state of the contact can be maintained,and the self-locking of the contact state is verified by an experimental method.Features.(2)In order not to change the structure of the AC contactor,based on the mechanical self-locking AC energy-saving contactor,this paper designs an external self-locking pendant,which also achieves the purpose of self-locking and energy saving.The external type of AC contactor is suitable for retrofitting the occasion where the AC contactor has been used,and the cost is low,as long as the pendant is inserted into the AC contactor to save energy.(3)For the above two types of energy-saving devices,there is a problem that the contact can not be restored after the AC contactor is powered off,and the defect cannot be quickly recovered.The improved external type AC contactor is designed to realize the self-locking of the AC contactor.After the quick recovery.(4)The intelligent control AC contactor is designed.On the basis of the new AC contactor,the "Internet+" part is added,and the automatic detection module and the wireless module are added inside to realize the wireless connection of all the contactors in the factory to the factory.In the local area network,the detected closed or disconnected signal is uploaded to the server,and then transmitted to the PC and the mobile APP.By opening the authority to the APP user(maintenance personnel),the remote monitoring and disconnection of the entire plant can be realized.Check,abnormal alarm and other functions.(5)The whole AC contactor was tested on the whole machine,and the power saving rate test,noise test,life test and remote monitoring experiment were carried out respectively.The experimental results show that in terms of energy saving efficiency,the new AC contactor can reduce energy consumption by more than 95%compared with the conventional one,and its working noise is relatively small,the service life is relatively long,and the remote control of the new energy-saving contactor is realized.Monitoring and automatic memory detection improve the human-computer interaction ability of the control system...
