With the development of the modernization process,the informationization and intelligence of all walks of life have been improved.Cranes have become an indispensable auxiliary tool in various fields such as industry and construction.The importance of cranes has also been highlighted.However,at present,China In the design of cranes,most of them still use the empirical design method.The design tasks are complex and cumbersome,difficult to modify,and often use a large safety factor,resulting in the design of the crane structure is too heavy,too much consumables,high cost.Therefore,it is especially important to design a hoist with high reliability,good performance,good performance,light weight and low cost by adopting a new design method.Based on a 2x500 KN one-way mobile gate hoist,this paper adopts modern design method,designs its structure,and uses modern software to analyze the strength and optimize the parameters for different load conditions.Achieve reliable,lightweight design requirements.The main research contents include:(1)Design,select and check the main hoisting mechanism and operating mechanism of a hydropower station portal hoist to meet the design requirements.(2)Analyze the main loads of the hoist,combine different load types to form different working conditions,and analyze and study according to working conditions.(3)After determining the working conditions,the ANSYS workbench software is used to analyze the stress and deformation of the gantry structure under different working conditions.The maximum stress and deformation occur in working condition 4 and working condition 5,respectively,which are 93.485 MPa and 3.6221 mm,respectively.Requirements,laid the theoretical foundation for optimizing the design.(4)Establishing the parametric modeling of the hoist,using the Design Explorer project in the workbench,determining the dimensional variables,constraints and objective functions of the gantry structure optimization design,optimizing the gantry structure,and obtaining the optimized parameter size.The optimization results were verified to meet the requirements and ultimately reduce the gantry structure by 20%.The requirements for lightweighting have been met,and the completion of the thesis has solved the practical problems of the enterprise and provided the production basis for the enterprise.
