With the three-dimensional graphics technology and computer technology,3D CAD design has become an inevitable trend. Currently, three-dimensional CAD technology is focused on three-dimensional solid modeling, the standard part database and so in the design application of electric hoist products, while a more comprehensive design of electric hoist is still at the exploratory stage. The three-dimensional parameterization design system of the electric hoist developed by the project can not only rise up the design efficiency and design quality, but also meet the requirements of modern technology.This thesis builds up the three-dimensional parameterization design system of electric hoist through the Pro/E secondary development using Pro/toolkit on in Pro/E WildFire2.0 version and in VC++6.0 environment. After the full system is analyzed and designed, the system's parameterization design modules are divided into the element modules, the component and assembly of modules as well as the standard parts invocation modules. Through the research for the element three-dimensional parameterization design method, the parameterization model base and the parameterization assembly model is set up. The Pro/ E secondary development technology is studied. Using the VC++6.0 as development tools, the system friendly interface is developed.
