At present,the power generation industry is facing problems such as slow increase in electricity demand,increasing resource and environmental constraints,and difficulties in business operations.However,there are also business models that have changed from power generation to power generation+sales+production and financing.In the face of so many problems and opportunities,the development of smart power plants is the general trend.Smart power plants can make the management of power generation enterprises more intelligent and efficient.Based on the current national policy situation,industrial development and application of intelligent technology,this paper plans the implementation route of intelligent power plant construction,designs the implementation plan and evaluates the implementation effect.First of all,through consulting a lot of literature and field research,this paper studies the connotation,important characteristics,evolution route,and research of smart power plants,so as to ensure that the construction route and plan of smart power plants are reasonable and effective.By studying the evaluation method,evaluation system and evaluation model of project management,we can ensure that the evaluation of the construction effect of intelligent power plant is more scientific and realistic.Secondly,this paper uses the design concept of TOGAF to construct a comprehensive and reasonable intelligent power plant architecture system and carry out scientific design of business,information,technology,and security architecture.In order to ensure the good implementation of the construction of smart power plants,the organization strategy,system standards,implementation route,implementation planning and support system for project implementation have been formulated.Thirdly,using the three-dimensional model of Hall theory after the evolution of innovation,this paper analyzes and integrates the key services of the construction of smart power plants and constructs the implementation plan of the project.This paper puts forward the overall construction route of "one brain,two centers,three systems,seven intelligent application modules",and makes detailed design and optimization of each function module of intelligent power plant.Fourthly,through the comparison of various project evaluation methods,with reference to the relevant project evaluation cases in the industry,selected the evaluation method of this topic;Through the scientific project evaluation principle,combined with the strategy of the group company and the actual needs of the power generation enterprises,the evaluation model and evaluation system of the construction effect of the smart power plant are constructed.Through the repeated verification of the collected data and a large number of research and demonstration of the practical results,the scientific evaluation of the construction effect of the smart power plant was carried out.Finally,the paper proves the necessity of constructing intelligent power plant by scientific evaluation effect,makes reasonable adjustment to the construction plan of intelligent power plant,and makes reasonable improvement to the evaluation plan of the project.At the end of the paper,the development of intelligent power plant is also forecasted,and some pertinent suggestions for the construction of intelligent power plant are put forward.
