With the acceleration of urban modernization in China and the constant influx of population,more and more cities have begun to build subways,cross-river tunnels and other projects to ease the pressure on the ground.The follow-up belt conveyors of the TBM have been used in tunnel.It plays a decisive role,and it is not exactly the same as common belt conveyors in several key technologies.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct research on several key technologies.This paper discusses the research status of the follow-up belt conveyors of the TBM in terms of plane turning,soft start and power balance,tensioning system,belt storage device and monitoring system,and proposes the basic principles and implementation measures of plane turning.The curved idlers of the turning section with the function of automatically adjusting the tilt angle is analyzed,and the dynamic adjustment performance is simulated by using ADAMS.The calculation methods of the turning radius,the resistance and the geometric dimensions of the turning section are given,and the restrictions on the turning section and the solution to the difficult turning are pointed out.The starting characteristics of the belt conveyor are analyzed.By analyzing and comparing the commonly used soft starters,it is shown that the variable frequency soft start is an ideal starting method.The variable frequency soft start is studied.Analyzing the composition of the frequency converter,variable frequency speed control principle and characteristics.Combined with examples,the Belt Analyst software is applied to the belt conveyor,the dynamic characteristics during start-up are simulated and analyzed.The ratio formula of the traction force of the drive roller was deduced,the main factors affecting the traction ratio were deduced,the design method of the motor power ratio was pointed out,and the control strategy of the motor power balance are analyzed.Analyzing the tensioning system,the analysis and comparison of the commonly used tensioning devices show the superiority of the frequency conversion automatic tensioning system.The structural composition,working principle and characteristics of the tensioning system are analyzed,and the mathematical model of the tensioning system is established.The simulation model and SIMULINK software are used for simulation analysis.The dynamic characteristics of the tensioning system are obtained.The linear quadratic LQ optimal control are used to calibrate the tensioning system.The expected steady-state output value are obtained and the stability of the system is also improved.Analyzing the design idea,structure composition and working principle of the belt storage device.Analyzing and designing the monitoring system,analyzing the main monitoring points of the entire belt conveyor,select sensors and protection devices for the main monitoring points,pointing out the location of sensors and protection devices,and designing the video monitoring system.Improve the safety and reliability of the belt conveyor.Through the study of several key technologies,the paper can realize the optimal design of the follow-up belt conveyor of TBM,provide theoretical support for the application of the follow-up belt conveyor of TBM,and it has a good reference for the slag tapping in tunnel construction.
