| In recent years,with the development of the economy and the intensification of market competition,the pressure of the enterprises to survive is increasing.In order to adapt to the changing market demand,the enterprises must make changes in their own management mode,therefore,a new management model,Lean Six Sigma management model,has come into being,this new management mode combines the advantages of lean and efficient production with the key quality control of Six Sigma management,make it a new management mode with two advantages.This new management mode will provide great help for enterprises.This paper takes the trial production cycle of A thermostat as the research object,and adopts the Lean Six Sigma process improvement mode,first of all,the temperature control device trial production cycle is analyzed,through process analysis,we should grasp the whole process of temperature control trial production macroscopically,we analyze the scoring situation and select fishbone diagram,from five aspects of human,machine,law and ring,we can sort out the factors that will influence the trial production process,excluding seven factors that can not be controlled by human means,causal matrix analysis is made for the remaining eighteen factors,using 0,1,3 and 9 scoring system,we screened out the factors that scored more than 50,We screened and analyzed these factors in PFMEA and summarized them by classification,all potential failure factors can be reduced to four aspects:material,equipment,inspection record and process.Aiming at the problem of material,we mainly adopt the way of building Kanban pulling system to improve it,this includes the construction of Kanban,Kanban and the way of material flow,and the establishment of temporary storage area,the improvement of equipment is achieved by analyzing and testing the principle of heating and cooling,and the volume of key parts of temperature control and the improvement of coolant,ECRS technology is used to improve the inspection record,Process operation through the analysis of the original process,rearrange according to the sequence of processes and the correlation between processes,multi-process synchronous operation is adopted to shorten the time and finally reduce the time from 168 minutes before improvement to 83.2 minutes.Finally,the whole trial production process is standardized and standardized documents are set up for control,at the same time,in view of the quality requirements of the product in the specific production process,detailed quality control plans are made to control the quality of the product from five aspects:process,process requirements,detection methods,detection frequency and disqualification. |
