In order to prevent stocks that are buffered from uncertainties,unexpected interruptions,or delays due to uncertainties,this part of inventory is called safety stock.Safety stock is a very important part of the company's inventory management.If the safety stock is set too high,it will not only free up the effective space of the warehouse,but also greatly increase the company's inventory management costs and increase the economic expenditure;if the safety stock is set too low,it will lead to the situation of oversupply and reduce the number of companies.The reputation of the product is not conducive to the sustainable development of the company.Reasonable safety stocks can respond to unexpected product demand situations,and can also improve the utilization of warehouse space,which plays a key role in the operation and development of the company.Therefore,it is very important to realize the forecast of safety stocks.According to the status quo of inventory management and supply and demand of products,this paper adopts BP neural network theory,and the principle of BP neural network prediction is introduced.It is divided into three layers:input layer,hidden layer and output layer.The five major factors affecting the safety inventory of raw materials are analyzed,the influencing factors are input,and the continuous training model is used to determine the parameters of the network.So a security inventory forecasting model based on BP neural network is established,and realizes the prediction of material safety inventory for enterprise products.During the internship of the STE Company,it was found that the layout of the original warehouse was unreasonable,the layout of the functional areas was confusing,and the space of the warehouse was wasted.In addition,the new project of the high-pressure cleaner was moved in and the situation of increasing the safety stock was increased.The layout is in urgent need of improvement.According to the layout and characteristics of the original warehouse,The SLP method is applied to the layout of the warehouse,and the fuzzy analysis method is used to evaluate,analyze and select the plan,so as to select the optimal layout plan.
