In this paper, the existing plane warehouse of enterprise A is given as an example and designed mainly from two aspects on forklift stereoscopic warehouse. On the one hand, the storage area of the warehouse is planned to increase its storage capacity and space utilization. The planning includes selecting pallets and forklifts as well as basic design of store shelves and forklift operating roadway. On the other hand, to improve the high error rate and low efficiency of artificial keyboard entry and operation way of goods registration with cards employed by enterprise A.First system requirements analysis and system design, the system of overall design and module design, including the basic information management module, inventory management module, product management module and the statistical inquiry module, and gives the design module of function structure diagram and sequence diagram and the oriented object using the E-R diagram and database table structure of the database design, after the left shows the realization of system interface.In order to reduce the difficulty of looking for goods allocation when the forklift operates in-out warehouse and fatigue of artificial operation, which marks the goods, goods allocation in the warehouse with bar code,and collects information using hand-held terminal to optimize warehousing operations management and warehouse data management. the forklift operation is guided by S7-200 PLC control system which lightens the electronic tags added on shelves and corresponding to "real name" and "predistribution" when in-out warehouse. The data transmission design of upper computer and PLC under the module without communication is realized by collecting PLC communication language utilizing visual basic 6.0.Through the proposed design, the speed of in-out warehouse operation, the warehouse storage space and the safety of warehouse operation can be increased, also the error rate of artificial operation can be reduced and achieve efficient warehouse information control and communication which eventually improves the warehouse operation efficiency.
