The steady development of society is supported by the normal operation of urban traffic.With the rapid growth of China's economy,the number of motor vehicles is increasing dramatically.Traffic congestion has occurred in many cities and affected the healthy development of the city.The bus lanes were set to enable the bus to run faster and improve the quality of bus services,so that travellers can actively choose public transport modes and use limited road resources most efficiently.The experience of many cities at home and abroad confirmed that the scientific setting of bus lanes was an important measure to solve urban traffic problems.Therefore,this paper attempted to carry out in-depth research and exploration on the application of the "point-line-surface" hierarchical layout planning method of bus lanes.Firstly,according to the theory of node importance degree,the main passenger flow distribution points were selected as the research objects in urban roads,and the relevant factors of location factors,traffic characteristics and path selection were selected as indicators to establish a comprehensive evaluation index system of node importance.The Principal Component Analysis method was used to determine the index weights,and the importance degree of each node was calculated.Finally,the K-means clustering method was used to cluster thenodes,andthenodesweredividedintolevels.Secondly,based on the research of the predecessors,this paper combined the experience of the eonstruction of bus lanes at home and abroad.Aeeording to the structural characteristics and layout points of different levels,the "point-line-surface" layered layout method was applied to the planning and layout process of bus lanes.Based on traffic investigation,analyzed the node importance to the point layer,for the construction of bus lanes.Determined the specific route of the line layer through comprehensive analysis of the road network structure and urban public transportation lines.Use the urban spatial structure,urban master plan,social and economic development to coordinated the planning and layout of the bus lanes of the entire surface.This paper selected the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to compare and analyze the layout scheme.From the three aspects of technical indicators,economic indicators and social impact indicators,the evaluation system for bus lanes was established,and the layout scheme of bus lanes was systematically evaluated.Finally,taking the bus lane network in Daoli District of Harbin as the research object,based on the model and method of the paper,combined with the actual situation of urban passenger flow,urban structure and development planning,the layout scheme was obtained.A comprehensive analysis of the program,the rationality and feasibility of the method and model were verified.The research results can provide theoretical support for the planning and construction of bus lanes.
