Study On Spatial Morphology Of Traditional Villages In Western Liaoning Province Based On Space Syntax

In recent years,under the action of the protection and development work on traditional villages in Liaoning province,Liaoning province national traditional villages have increased to 17,15 of which are located in the western region of Liaoning Province,due to its geographical location,natural environment and human history is unique,the traditional village spatial form showing a strong regional characteristic.Therefore,the traditional village space form is the carrier of regional culture,and it can play an important role in the protection of traditional villages and the inheritance of traditional culture.At present,the research of the traditional villages in Liaoning is mainly the description,induction,explanation and summary of the qualitative level,and lacks the quantitative analysis.This paper uses the theory and method of quantitative analysis of space syntax,to sort out the space form of traditional villages in the western region of Liaoning province from the perspective of spatial structure,quantitative and summarize the characteristics of the traditional village spatial form,to understand the traditional village spatial form of expression of social phenomena,and puts forward the traditional village space form protection strategies based on space syntax,to continue the space characteristics,to inherit the regional culture.First,we summarize the current situation and development trend of the traditional village spatial form research,and the application of spatial syntax at home and abroad in the study of urban space and settlement space form.We find the trend of the quantitative analysis of the traditional village space form is obvious.Then,in the space form in the survey,using the method of data collection and field research combined with qualitative analysis,summarizes the distribution and classification of traditional villages in the western region of Liaoning province,village spatial pattern of the village,space form and influence factors for the formation of space form.In space morphologic syntactic analysis,combining the questionnaire survey on the behavior of the streets and lanes in the traditional village,Formulating the corresponding scope of research,Obtain the hill type and the mountain type traditional villages spatial intelligibility,integration and selection analysis,and to summary the Similarities and differences of the hilly type and the mountain type traditional villages space form,and the characteristics of the micro level of street space according to the analysis results.Finally,based on the qualitative and quantitative analysis,put forward The protection strategies of the traditional village space form based on Space Syntax,from the following three aspects:the application of space syntax,the spatial morphology protection and updating guidance measures based on space syntax analysis,and the implementation mechanism of spatial morphology protection and update based on space syntax.Starting with the application of space syntax in the planning and design,taking the Xiaojiadian village as an example,puts forward the planning evaluation method and makes the analysis of the rationality of the planning.From the analysis of spatial syntax variables,the measures of space form protection guidance based on selection degree,integration degree,comprehensible degree and visual field analysis are put forward respectively.Starting from the implementation mechanism of spatial form protection and renewal,this paper discusses the stage characteristics,public participation and implementation management of the traditional village’s spatial form protection and renewal.Space syntax provides a new perspective and approach for the study on the spatial form of the western region of Liaoning province traditional villages.This paper analyzes the similarities and differences of the spatial characteristics of two types of traditional villages in the western region of Liaoning province from the spatial structure level,puts forward the protection strategy of the traditional village space form in view of the characteristics of this space structure and the traditional elements of the traditional village.This is a new attempt for the study of the traditional villages in Liaoning Province,and hoped can play a certain reference.
