In recent years,with the rapid development of social economy and the gradual improvement of people's living standards,the urbanization process has been accelerated and commercial buildings have been developing rapidly.The emergence of a large number of high-energy buildings has resulted in a significant increase in social energy consumption and economic costs.With the rapid development of air-conditioning system in buildings,different air-conditioning systems,such as variable air volume,heat recovery,fresh air and new energy system,should come into being,and their energy consumption accounts for a large proportion of the total energy consumption of buildings.Therefore,from the rational use of energy and economic analysis,energy conservation will become the main focus of society.Taking practical engineering as an example,this paper analyzes and compares the load simulation of commercial projects in cold regions and the selection of heating and cooling sources for air-conditioning systems.Comparing the usage and operation cost of municipal heat source and gas boiler;The operation and energy saving of the whole commercial project are analyzed and studied according to the operation scheme of the primary air return system,the operation scheme of the winter fresh air and supplementary air units and the design of the overall wind balance system in the hybrid system.Through the research and analysis of this paper,it can be found that:load simulation is the core basic data to realize economy and energy saving;Improving the annual comprehensive efficiency(EER)of a cold station through scheme comparison is a necessary condition for equipment selection.A variety of external conditions should be considered comprehensively for heat source selection.In air conditioning system designed,getting fresh air than the main energy saving operation mode for air conditioning in the process of running throughout the year,at the same time through air volume balance analysis of the different period of time,can avoid because of the fan or pump selection caused by large water system operation condition in the big flow,small temperature difference,thus improving the efficiency of the fan(or pumps)and cold(hot)quantity transmission efficiency;In order to ensure the normal operation of fresh air units and air supply units in cold regions in winter,increasing preheating coil and pipeline circulating pump can effectively reduce the use of energy and the operation cost in the later period,so as to realize the economical and energy-saving operation of the equipment.
