Assembled shear wall is an important structural form of building industrialization.At present,China’s research on manufacturing shear walls is not mature enough,mainly in immature mechanical properties,failure modes,seismic performance and design methods.The most basic difference between a wall and a cast-in-place shear wall is that the assembled shear wall is a combination of a series of manufactured components.It is difficult to achieve the same state of the force transmission path and constraints as the cast-in-place shear wall.In this paper,seven types of fabricated shear wall assembly methods are proposed first,and then the force performance of the assembled shear wall joints is studied.At present,the fabricated shear wall still has many problems such as insufficient joint strength and inaccurate factory manufacturing.Therefore,in the process of industrialization of the building,the assembled shear wall The study of connection form and seismic performance has important industrial value and far-reaching significance.In this paper,the ABAQUS finite element software is used to simulate the assembly nodes of the eight assembly methods of trapezoidal,triangular and rectangular joints.The force analysis of different joints is compared and analyzed.The behaviors of crack development,shape failure,bearing capacity and steel stress development under different stress forms show that different forms of joint surface have great influence on the crack development and bearing capacity of the components.The results show that:(1)At the initial stage of loading,the horizontal force-displacement curve is linear,and the curves of the models are basically coincident.It shows that the shape and width of the groove have little effect on the initial mechanical properties of the test piece;cast-in-place pieces and rectangles The grooved part has higher cracking load,yielding load and peak load than other members;the actual bearing capacity of the trapezoidal through keyway model is 3.13%higher than that of other models with the through-keyway structure;the trapezoidal section groove is larger than the triangular groove model.The rectangular groove model has better mechanical properties.(2)The failure characteristics of the eight models are similar,and the concrete damage area of the trapezoidal groove connection model is slightly smaller than that of the triangular structure and the rectangular structure.(3)The strain-displacement of the steel bars of each model shows a similar trend relationship.Comparing the strain-displacement diagram between the steel bars and the post-casting steel bars,it can be seen that the steel bars at the joints have good force transmission performance,and the limit of the trapezoidal groove model is destroyed.The displacement is larger than the rectangular groove part and the triangular groove part,indicating that the trapezoidal assembled section has a more reliable connection than the triangular assembled section and the rectang,ular assembled section.Performance.
