Research On Production Cost Control Of Zhongnan Component Factory

This paper takes the components produced by Shenyang Zhongnan Component Factory as the research object,mainly aiming at the production characteristics of prefabricated components,carries out cost control research in each stage of component production process,aiming at optimizing the cost of each stage in the production process,and assists the orderly development and promotion of assembly building in the market from the aspect of price.The main research contents are as follows:Material Purchasing Stage:Analyse the factors affecting the cost of material purchasing stage,put forward reasonable countermeasures,and formulate the optimal purchasing strategy,so as to achieve the purpose of controlling material purchasing cost.Production scheduling stage:Analyse each process of component production,find out the key factors affecting the production cost of components,and put forward reasonable solutions,aiming at reducing the production cost of prefabricated components,and reduce the production cost of prefabricated components on the basis of meeting the quality and production scheduling.Maintenance stage:The main purpose of this stage is to reduce the energy consumption of steam curing.Around the energy consumption,the purpose of reducing energy consumption is to control the cost of prefabricated components by reasonably arranging bench models and controlling the time of steam curing.Transportation stage:In this stage,the factors affecting transport costs are analyzed,and reasonable countermeasures are put forward to reduce transport costs.
