| Under the background that China’s economic development has entered a new stage,the state has launched a series of green eco-environmental protection policies,forcing the construction industry to accelerate the pace of transformation and upgrading.Prefabricated building is the direction of transformation now,and it is also the development direction supported by national policies.Compared with traditional cast-in-place buildings,prefabricated buildings have the advantages of low energy consumption,less weather influence and less labor,which can help construction enterprises achieve sustainable development with low energy consumption.Prefabricated buildings are inseparable from the production of prefabricated components.The large-scale production of prefabricated components started late in China,and the production is still mainly manual operation,with low production efficiency and extensive management.However,with the increasing market demand of prefabricated components,if enterprises want to enhance their competitiveness,they must improve production efficiency and ensure product quality,so as to better occupy the market.Based on the in-depth investigation of prefabricated components production workshop in Y Company,this paper takes prefabricated exterior wall panel production line as the research object,analyzes the prefabricated exterior wall panel production line with value flow diagram,and points out the existing problems of the production line.With the help of fishbone diagram analysis,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems from five aspects: human,machine,material,method and environment.With the help of fishbone diagram analysis,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems from five aspects: human,machine,material,method and environment.Then,the following improvement schemes are put forward: Firstly,the production process is analyzed by using the flow chart.Combined with 5W1 H technology and ECRS principle,the production process is optimized,and the position of the finished product repair area is adjusted to make the production process more reasonable.In view of the bottleneck process,the improvement measures were put forward from the aspects of setting up noticeboard,optimizing the distribution of reinforced materials,and analyzing the operation with both hands,which reduced the operation time of the bottleneck process.Secondly,according to the specific problems of enterprises,the production line management is optimized from four aspects: establishing standard operating procedures,perfecting quality management system,perfecting staff management system and 6S site management,and the future value next diagram is drawn according to the improved production line situation.Finally,Flexsim simulation software is used to verify the optimization scheme of production line,which provides decision-making basis for enterprises,and evaluates the whole improvement scheme from both direct and indirect benefits.Through the research of this paper,it is helpful for Y Company to improve the line balance rate of prefabricated exterior wall panels,thoroughly implement the quality consciousness of all employees,and then improve the production efficiency and product quality.The research process of this paper can help employees realize the waste in the production process,and can also provide reference ideas for other prefabricated production enterprises to optimize production lines and improve production line management. |
