Research On Optimization Of Purchasing Management Of Productive Materials For Zhejiang Hub Power

With the slowdown of China's economic growth,the homogenization competition in the automobile industry is becoming more and more fierce,which causes more and more cost pressure on enterprises.At present,purchasing cost is the largest part of enterprise cost expenditure,and the purchasing cost of productive materials accounts for the largest proportion.Therefore,this paper selects the production material procurement optimization with the largest purchase amount as the entry point for the relevant research.The control of purchasing management of productive materials is a systematic project,which is based on ensuring the normal operation of enterprise production and ensuring the optimal total cost of purchasing management system.Through optimizing the procurement process,improving the procurement efficiency,optimizing the supplier management and other measures to establish a high-quality enterprise production material procurement management system,improve product competitiveness,and ensure the sustainable development of the company.In this paper,through ABC classification of productive materials,optimization of procurement application approval process,classification management of suppliers and improvement of purchasing personnel's comprehensive quality,such as lack of experience in procurement management,confusion in material management,lengthy procurement approval process and other pain points that seriously affect procurement efficiency,this paper puts forward the optimization from the aspects of human,machine,material,law and environment In order to lay a good foundation for the reform and optimization of the purchasing scheme of the productive materials,the reasonable purchasing management and development objectives are determined by adjusting and improving the comprehensive development and management scheme of the production material procurement.In the analysis of production material purchasing management,aiming at the problems in the process of enterprise procurement,in order to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Through a series of optimization strategies,the company's procurement efficiency has been greatly improved,and the procurement cost has been greatly reduced.The purpose of this paper is to optimize the purchasing management of hub powercompany,in order to make the hub power grow healthily and faster,and to provide reference for other entrepreneurial enterprises.
