In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy, the city has also grown stronger. The growing population has made the city's established capacity increasingly insufficient. The city has begun to operate beyond its own load limit.Expanding the capacity of the city has become the urban development of the countries at this stage. The pioneering mission of the world has the problem that old buildings cannot meet the requirements of modern economic development and occupy a large part of the land.China's housing construction has gradually entered the economical type in the early 1980s to the well-off level of the 21st century.Improving and improving the existing living quality has become the basic needs of residents.Due to historical reasons, there are still many houses in China, with six or seven floors and even seven floors. There is no elevator installed. With the advent of an aging society, the installation of elevators in residential buildings has caused more and more people, especially those living in elevator-free buildings. The concern of middle-aged and elderly residents has become a social problem that needs to be solved urgently. Therefore, the research on the related technology of installing elevators in existing buildings has become the focus of attention, the form of installing elevator shafts, the connection between elevator shafts and existing buildings, and the construction method of installing elevator shafts. It is worthy of our study and discussion. In this paper, the model of existing structure and installed elevator structure is established by consulting the relevant specifications and the data structure of the elevator structure, and the modal analysis of the existing building and the installed elevator structure is carried out by using SAP2000 finite element analysis software..The modal analysis is also carried out on the overall structure of the existing building with the elevator structure, compared with the modality of the existing building before the elevator structure is installed. In this paper, the elastoplastic time history analysis of rare earthquakes with only lateral loading is carried out on the existing building with elevator structure, and the time difference curve between the existing buildings and the elevator structure is analyzed. The optimal design of the elevator structure is carried out to establish a model for optimizing the elevator structure. The modal analysis of the optimized elevator structure and the optimized elevator structure is compared and analyzed, including the comparison of each mode period and the participation coefficient of each mode. The output of the existing building with optimized elevator structure loading and the same rare earthquake condition is output, and compared with the data results before optimization. The same working conditions as the elastoplastic analysis of the rare earthquake in the horizontal direction only change the direction of action and change the horizontal direction to the longitudinal direction. The elastoplastic time-history analysis of the longitudinal rare earthquakes is carried out on the existing buildings with elevator structures, and the same working conditions are analyzed for the existing buildings. The analysis results of the two are compared to observe the change trend of the displacement difference time-history curve after optimizing the elevator structure. The horizontal and vertical analysis results are combined, and the control factors are summarized to provide reference for the future elevator installation design.
