| In the “second half” of China’s new urbanization construction, the renewal of existing old areas has gradually replaced the development of incremental new areas, which has become the main trend of optimal allocation of land space in China.Among them, the installation of elevators in old residential areas as a major livelihood project has received widespread attention from all walks of life, and has been included in the State Council Government Work Report(2018-2022)for five consecutive years. But because of the differences in the interests of residents, the dilemma of collective action among residents in the negotiation process is the biggest problem in promoting the installation of elevators in existing residences. How to effectively resolve the residents’ collective action dilemma and enhance the residents’ willingness to install elevators has become an essential issue that needs to be addressed.Based on theory of planned behavior, social equity theory, complex network, and perspective propagation dynamics, this study comprehensively uses empirical research, bargaining game,multi-agent simulation and other methods to explore the cognitive characteristics and decision-making behaviors of residents in the community network environment for the installation of elevators.Firstly, with the help of empirical research, the influencing factors of residents’ behavior in the negotiation process of elevator installation are identified and analyzed.Based on the current situation of China’s old neighborhoods and related theories,a theoretical framework of factors influencing residents’ behavior in the installation of elevators is constructed.Six important factors influencing residents’ willingness to install elevators are identified at four levels: residents’ personal situation, residential situation, the role of external environment, and the role of psychological perception.Empirical research is used to find out the significant factors affecting residents’ willingness to install elevators during the negotiation process, and the direction and strength of each factor are explored, which laid a research foundation for the construction of subsequent residents’ negotiation model.Secondly, the dynamic evolution mechanism of residents’ negotiation behavior is explored from the perspective of network. In the realistic negotiation process of elevator installation, the psychology and behavior of residents will change with time and the decision-making status of the surrounding people, resulting in the non-linear and complex characteristics of the decision-making process of individual elevator installation. To address this issue, based on the findings of empirical analysis,a model of residents’ cognitive behavior is constructed with the help of complex adaptive system theory and planned behavior theory.Based on the dynamic network relationship between residents,Multi-Agent technique is applied to explore the influence of community structure type, residents’ rights awareness, benefit distribution and information interaction on residents’ decision-making behavior, and analyze the evolution of residents’ behavior under different conditions. Finally, the theory of social fairness is introduced to further construct the optimization model of residents’ negotiation behavior.Taking the unit community in community structure type IV as the research background, considering the bargaining characteristics of low-rise and high-rise residents for compensation costs in reality, the theory of social fairness is introduced to analyze the determination of the optimal compensation mechanism for high-rise owners under the condition of considering the fair perception of low-rise owners.Combining the bargaining process with Multi-Agent,we design a strategy update rule that integrates the power and relationship capital of the sponsor, residents’ behavioral preferences and historical information, and construct a“dual-dynamic” decision-making model for residents that reflects the difference in urgency of individual elevator retrofitting and the endogenous interaction of information dissemination. In order to summarize the important influencing factors and experience of successful elevator installation in unit communities, abstract them into general laws, and provide corresponding guiding strategies and theoretical support for the installation of elevators in other types of communities. |
