Under the new situation,the traditional construction industry is in urgent need of technological innovation and transformation and upgrading,and the development of prefabricated architecture is an important way to promote the transformation and upgrading of the traditional construction mode.According to the construction market situation of our country,the industry scale of prefabricated building is restricted by various factors,especially the price of PC component directly affects the cost of assembly concrete,so that the advantages of assembly concrete building cannot be fully exerted,which restricts the development of prefabricated buildings.Therefore,it is the key point to advance the development of prefabricated concrete buildings to study the cost composition of PC components and analyze the cost of PC components.Based on this situation,this paper puts forward the research background and significance of PC components on the basis of a lot of literature and data,and discusses the present research situation of assembled concrete buildings at home and abroad.It lays a theoretical foundation for the research on the cost composition and valuation of PC components of prefabricated concrete buildings.Firstly,this paper introduces the process of making and installing PC components,and by comparing and analyzing the difference of construction process and cost composition between prefabricated concrete buildings and cast-in-place concrete buildings,and explores the cost composition of PC components in the process of making,transporting and installing.At the same time,the pricing method of PC component manufacture and installation is constructed to form the landing price and installation cost of PC component.Secondly,the cost composition of PC component production,transportation and installation is analyzed in detail,and according to the pricing method of PC component manufacture and installation,the landing price and installation cost of unit engineering quantity of PC component were obtained.Finally,with the advantage of particle swarm optimization in the field of parameter optimization,the mathematical method of particle swarm optimization support vector machine is used to establish the cost prediction model of PC components.At the same time,using the software platform of MATLAB,the training simulation function of sample data in training set is realized by programming,and the cost prediction value of PC component is obtained at last.According to the current development of China's construction industry,this study is beneficial to enriching and developing construction enterprise's cost analysis of PC components in prefabricated concrete buildings and provides constructive guidance for the practice of prefabricated concrete buildings,which has certain social application value.
