Cost Management And Application In Construction Process Based On BIM

With the development trend of construction industry towards low energy consumption,low pollution and sustainable development,strengthening the promotion and application of BIM has become a new trend in the development of Chinese construction industry.BIM can connect the progress,capital and labor of different stages,so as to realize the analysis,prediction and control of the life cycle total cost,production progress,construction quality and production safety of the construction project.This paper expounds the concept,feasibility and necessity,application background and development trend of BIM,analysis the current application status of BIM,and analysis the application effect and application value of BIM in engineering field.The development of BIM provides tools and methods for the deepening of design scheme,the information management of construction site and the effective control of project progress and cost by using technical means,and further introduces information technology into the cost control,site management and deepening design process of construction.This paper takes the actual project as the research object,studies the cost control based on BIM in the construction process and the application of BIM in the construction stage of super high-rise buildings.The construction stage is the main stage of resource consumption and cost formation,strengthening the cost control in the construction stage is of great help to improve the production efficiency of construction enterprises.In the research process of dynamic cost,the relevant concept of earned value method are described,combining the degree of dispersion of the progress-cost curve,the method of using earned value method to analyze engineering progress and engineering cost is studied.In the process of cost management,the cost management mode based on BIM is analyzed,and the unreasonable parts in the design are detected by using relevant software such as Fuzor,so as to realize the cost research in the process of project construction.During the construction of super high-rise buildings,the process of establishing BIM model is described,the application effect of BIM is analyzed,and the application of BIM in deepening design and field management is summarized,so as to realize through the BIM to improve work efficiency of general contracting unit.
