In the past decade,with the rapid development of railway in our country,railway construction has continuously and deeply promoted the standardization management mode of railway construction project with "specialization,mechanization,factory and information" as the support means.Railway construction information,represented by BIM technology,has also developed rapidly,but it is still relatively lagging behind in railway project cost management information.The application of BIM technology plays an upgrade and transformation role in railway engineering construction,relying on the characteristics of BIM modeling,visualization and coordination,the railway industry has ushered in a new development mode,and actively promotes the application of BIM technology in the management of the whole process of railway construction.All aspects of the railway engineering cost control system under the BIM technology are interrelated and mutually restricted,and the micro-movement of one party will drive the changes of other parties.It is difficult to grasp the trend of the whole project in practical operation,which requires in-depth research.Therefore,it is necessary to deeply study the impact of the application of BIM technology on the cost of railway engineering,improve the method of railway cost management,innovate the cost management mode,and enhance the level of cost management.Therefore,this paper adopts the systematic analysis method of GT-SD(Grounded theory and System dynamics),establishes the framework of influencing factors of cost,and conducts simulation.Firstly,the thesis collects the original data using the grounded theory method,and then carries out three-layer coding,forming 26 conceptualized keywords such as investment estimation control,quota design,collision inspection,and 14sub-categories.Finally,it comes down to three main categories: design decision,production activities,and organization management.Formed the overall framework of influencing factors of railway project cost under BIM technology.The existing problems of BIM application are sorted out.Then,based on the influencing factors of railway engineering cost under the BIM technology obtained by the based theory,the causal relationship is sorted out and the dynamic model of railway engineering cost system under the BIM technology is constructed,the causal relationship diagram is formed,the flow stock diagram is constructed,and the formula editing,unit determination and attribute setting of variables in the model are carried out.Combined with the actual railway engineering project case simulation,the simulation effect is good,and the relevant labor cost,material cost,machinery cost,BIM input cost,BIM database storage update and its changes are analyzed and demonstrated.Finally,the trend of railway engineering cost consumption under BIM technology is simulated.To simulate the change of construction and installation project cost after the application of BIM technology is increased by 50%,three indexes of BIM based construction process management,BIM+GIS survey and design and BIM database guidance and design investment are selected as the basis to reflect the application of BIM technology.Then observe the changes of labor cost,material cost,machinery cost,BIM cost input and construction and installation project cost,reflect the impact of various index changes on the cost of manpower and machinery and construction and installation project cost,and provide a reference for the relevant decisions of project builders.
