| In recent years, prefabricated buildings and industrial bases have emerged continuously, which has realized industrial revolution of the construction industry. However, due to the various prefabricated components, their generality has limited the development of prefabricated building industrialization, and the standardized design of prefabricated components has become the key to realize the coordination and unification of prefabricated design, production and construction. At present, the construction technology of prefabricated buildings is more complex than traditional cast-in-place structure, which needs more detailed and specific construction schemes to ensure the smooth operation of construction.Applying BIM technology to the construction of prefabricated buildings and creating a BIM model for virtual construction can preview the construction plan in advance and effectively solve the construction problems during the assembly of prefabricated components. However, with the construction of prefabricated buildings, various loads, construction sequence changes in the construction process will have a great impact on the internal forces and deformation of the structure, which results in a huge time-varying force of the structure, indirectly leading to frequent engineering accidents in the construction stage of the structure. It is of great significance for strictly controlling the mechanical state of the structure in the construction period and improving the safety of engineering projects to simulate the construction mechanics of prefabricated buildings and analyze the deformation of the structure. This paper takes an assembly integral shear wall structure in Taiyuan as an engineering example. In terms of the standardized design of assembly shear wall structure, the creation of prefabricated component family library is studied by using Revit, which realizes parametric modeling of the structure. In the aspect of construction schedule simulation,the3 D model of BIM is created and the 4D construction schedule simulation analysis of hoisting of prefabricated components is carried out by using Navisworks. In the aspect of construction process simulation, the influences of one-time loading, loading accurately according to construction sequence on structural vertical deformation are analyzed. The specific research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Standardized design of assembly integral shear wall structuresStandardized design of residential building with integral shear wall structure by comparing the traditional design method with the assembly structure design method based on BIM technology, the advantages of the latter in the assembly structure design are revealed.Combined with the standardized and modular design requirements of prefabricated shear wall housing, the significance of creating prefabricated component library is analyzed. The prefabricated wallboard and prefabricated composite slab and other components were built by using Revit.and the prefabricated component library based on assembly integral shear wall structure was built with the help of the parameterized management platform-family library master, which improves the reuse rate of prefabricated components.(2)Simulation of construction progress of assembly integral shear wall structureBased on the assembled integral shear wall structure, the BIM technology based prefabricated structure design method and prefabricated component library are applied to establish the BIM model. At the same time, the Project software was used to create the construction schedule plan of the Project, and the construction schedule data time model was given to the BIM 3D model.By using Navisworks software, the construction and hoisting simulation of prefabricated components is carried out,the precision control of the installation process of prefabricated components is solved, and the degree of refinement and information integration of BIM model in the prefabricated components library is verified.(3)Mechanical analysis of construction process of integrated shear wall structureThe finite element software ETABS is used to simulate the construction process of the prefabricated shear wall structure, and the effects of one-time loading and loading accurately according to construction sequence on structural vertical deformation are studied. Two kinds of model analysis results show that there are significant differences in the values of floor vertical displacement. The maximum vertical displacement of the lower column and the wall accurately loaded according to the construction sequence reached about 60% of that of the one-time loading. Therefore, the construction process should be taken into consideration when the analysis of the integrated shear wall structure is carried out to ensure that the deformation and stress of the structure are closer to the engineering practice. |
