The automation level of many companies’ production lines had been greatly improved due to the increasing popularity of advanced manufacturing technology applications.However,manual cleaning as the traditional cleaning operation method has not been improved correspondingly at the end of the process.the high labor intensity,the bad working environment,and the no recycled and unprocessed cleaning liquid Producing a series of problems that do not meet environmental requirements.All of them have become a bottleneck affecting production efficiency.A real problem facing these companies is that it is possible to manufacture high-quality,high-precision product mechanical parts,however,due to the low efficiency and poor quality of the cleaning process,the performance of the assembled product is seriously reduced.Especially for automotive active safety products such as ABS/ESP.In the manufacturing process of automotive ABS/ESP,the automotive ABS pump housing must be process a rigorous cleaning process between the process before precision machining and before assembly in order to ensure cleanliness.As a typical mechatronics and high-tech product,the cleaning machine is one of the important application areas of the cleaning and drying of automotive parts.As the processes and technologies related to the cleaning process become more mature.The washing machine based on different working principles products are diverse,such as the general cleaning and drying machines,special cleaning and drying machines,ultrasonic cleaning machines,high-pressure cleaning machines,etc.The continuous improvement of the technical level provides a reliable guarantee for the cleaning and drying of parts in the automobile manufacturing industry.The main work and research results of this paper are summarized as follows:We analyzed the cleaning and drying tasks of automotive ABS pump parts carefully and conducted a detailed investigation of the current situation at local and abroad.by consulting the literature and actual cleaning production process research,we determined the practical significance of the research of this topic.it lays a good foundation for the selection of cleaning and drying parameters and process optimization of automotive ABS pump through combining with theoretical research.Combining with the process of cleaning and drying the automobile pump,we studied the high pressure jet cleaning technology and drying technology based on the current general process and determined the overall structural design of the washing machine.multi-type products are universal by replacing fixtures of different product shapes.the design realizes automatic detection and discharge of cleaning wastewater and adds new industrial tap water.we solved the problem of manual timing detection and manual pumping of cleaning wastewater.(3)According to the cleaning and drying effect and time tempo demand for the automotive industry and combining with the source of the problem,we analyzed the influence of cleaning and drying angle and time on the cleaning and drying quality of the work piece.we chose the optimal cleaning and drying process based on the selected cleaning and drying process,it is necessary to select appropriate water temperature,air temperature,corresponding vacuum degree,water pressure and other parameters.(4)Through experiments,the feasibility and effectiveness of the cleaning process and cleaning device to improve the cleanliness of the ABS pump casing of the automobile are proved.the cleaning test and cleanliness of the automotive ABS pump are tested.The test results ensure the high quality cleaning of the ABS pump.Through analysis and demonstration,this washing machine can replace the original manual cleaning and water-based cleaning completely.It can not only improve production efficiency,reduce labor intensity.but also reduce labor intensity,reduce production costs,more importantly,it can adapt to contemporary industrial production requirements.
