Study On The Construction Of Fault Index Model Of Traction Elevator

Aiming at the hidden danger of overloading,the aging of elevator itself and not being in place in the operation of traction elevator in our country at present,this paper analyzes the operation status of fault elevator and the index factors affecting elevator safety from the objective operating environment of the failed traction elevator,classifies and determines the relationship between the indexes,The index system of fault factors of traction elevator is established,and the fault index model of traction elevator is finally constructed.The model can not only provide theoretical basis for the on-demand maintenance of manufacturing,maintenance units and related regulatory departments,but also provide a basis for the improvement and maintenance of elevators by using units,thus reducing the accident incidence of elevators.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)According to the basic principle of selecting the fault factor index of traction elevator,this paper selects the fault Factor index through field investigation,expert discussion and relevant literature review,filters out the index which the data cannot obtain and cannot quantify,and then analyzes the remaining indexes by combining the principal component analysis method with the rough set.The index of fault factors of traction elevator is finally determined by removing irrelevant and unimportant indexes.(2)This paper puts forward the construction principle and general idea of the fault Factor index system of the traction elevator,puts forward the weight determination method of the fusion of rough set and AHP according to the theory of the optimal solution of the combined weight,and on this basis calculates the weight of each fault factor index of the towing elevator,and finally establishes the index system of the fault factor of the towing elevator.(3)According to the risk evaluation standard to determine the risk category,combined with the elevator fault factor index may cause the severity of the accident and the probability of induced accidents,the classification criteria for each fault factor index are established,and the fault index model of the traction elevator is constructed.(4)Through the model of Traction Elevator fault index,the risk Value range table of traction elevator is determined,the risk test grade of elevator machine is divided according to relevant standards,laws and regulations and expert experience,and the suggestion of elevator supervision spot check is put forward for the characteristics of fault factor index in different risk range.
