With the development of automobile technology,shock absorber,as an important component affecting automobile comfort,has been paid more and more attention.Enterprises have begun to deepen the research and development of shock absorber.As a newly developed shock absorber,pneumatic shock absorber adopts different working principles from hydraulic shock absorber,so its internal structure and manufacturing technology are also different.At present,the pneumatic shock absorber market is not put into use on a large scale,so the main manufacturing and processing methods are still manually processed by workers.In order to improve the production efficiency,an automatic assembly workbench is designed for the cylinder and piston assembly in the production process of pneumatic shock absorber according to the requirements of enterprises,and put into use in order to improve the economic benefits of enterprises.The work content is mainly divided into two aspects: mechanical mechanism design and control system research.The work done in the field of mechanical mechanism includes:1.Study and analyze the existing manual assembly process of pneumatic shock absorber,combined with the actual working environment of the enterprise,analyze and summarize the functional requirements of the pneumatic shock absorber assembly platform,and complete the overall design of the assembly platform on this basis.2.Design the main working parts of the assembly platform,including the fixture mechanism of piston and cylinder block and the mechanism of manipulator.3.Finite element analysis,including static analysis,is carried out on the main stress components of the software,and the displacement and stress distribution nephograms are obtained.Based on the results,the mechanism design is improved and optimized to ensure that it is reasonable and meets the practical requirements.4.After the design of the basic model is completed,the mechanism design is optimized according to the requirements put forward by the enterprise,and the automation degree of the worktable is improved without changing the main structure as far as possible,so as to facilitate the integration of the automation production line in the future.The control system mainly completes two tasks.Firstly,the S7-200 series PLC of SIMENS company is selected as the control system to analyze the workflow of the assembly platform and complete the compilation of the control program.Secondly,the hardware requirements are analyzed and the relevant electronic devices are selected,and the executing mechanism is made by connecting the I/O points of the PLC with the electronic components one by one to realize the control function.After completing the mechanical structure design of the two sets of mechanisms and the compilation of the control program,we need to finish the later debugging work.Both the experimental debugging part and the debugging to the control system of the two design schemes can enter the debugging stage of the real machine.However,due to the actual production needs,the debugging work of the real machine with the actuator is only for the basic design scheme,and the debugging work of the real machine of the scheme is completed.The existing problems will be revised accordingly,and finally put into actual production and use.
