Prefabricated buildings have many differences from traditional cast-in-place buildings.The unique form of prefabricated buildings has more stringent and specific requirements for design and production.The deepening design of the prefabricated components needs to consider the production transportation and lifting problems brought about by the component splitting.The safety risks caused by the construction load of the composite components that require special attention for the laminated components,and the reliability of the connection between the prefabricated components and the main structure.And problems such as the construction requirements of the joint surfaces and the connection methods of the prefabricated components.This paper is based on BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology to deepen the design of prefabricated components to improve the design efficiency of prefabricated buildings and realize the information management of project components.This paper studies the technical route of BIM-based deepening design method for prefabricated building components.It is believed that the deepening design of prefabricated components based on BIM can improve the design efficiency and realize the value of BIM model information.Through the self-built family function of Revit,a parameterized prefabricated component family template library was established.Through Revit's API and C# programming language,the BIM-based prefabricated component deepening design process is embedded in the Revit platform,and the geometric information and material properties of the component model based on the parameterized family template are automatically read to complete the calculation of each design point.And check calculation.In addition to the deepening design module of the prefabricated component,in order to expand the function of the design platform,a document management module is also developed,which manages design materials,project drawings,specifications and other document materials;component library modules,management prefabricated component family files,information management and query module of the component material information and production information based on the SQL database,which expands the practicability of the component library;the mail sending module facilitates the user to transmit information in a timely and convenient manner and send the model file.Taking the deepening design of the composite beam of a prefabricated project as an example,this paper completed the component split design of the project and the deepening design of each component,and established the material information table and production schedule of the project component through the component library module.The post-beam deepening design of the case project and the establishment and information management of the project component library.
