With the development of ship design and manufacturing technology,the level of ship design management,design and production capacity in China have been significantly improved,shipbuilding and marine industry have made great progress in the past 30 years,china has grown from a shipbuilding share of less than 10% to become the world's number one shipbuilding power,however,in the process of technological development,due to market reasons,a large number of design modifications are in parallel during the shipbuilding process,and become a bottleneck to improve the efficiency of shipbuilding.Nowadays,in the ship market and the environment has undergone tremendous changes,in response to the characteristics of ship design,it is necessary to respond to the shipowner's functional requirements and the safety standards of the classification society,and to respond to the requirements of the shipyard to improve production efficiency,design modifications become a pain point,it is still an important task for us to study how to effectively control design modifications.For this reason,this article launches the research from the following aspects.By collecting statistics on ship design modification data of two typical projects,the matrix data analysis method was used for inductive analysis,the process,reasons and characteristics of design modification are analyzed,two direction strategies of control before and after modification are proposed,then,based on the characteristics of design modification propagation,the management control problem of design modifications and the series of effects brought by design modifications are discussed,the three elements of personnel organization,data information and modification process of modification management are preliminary discussed by IDEF0(Integrated Computer Aided Manufacturing Definition,IDEF)modeling method.Considering the current status of design modification management in shipyards,the current difficulties faced by shipyards are expounded,and the control standard of design source and control method of data standardization are discussed in detail,the solutions and optimization schemes are proposed to the key process management problems of opinion clarification,modification review,modification work package and plan,modification of drawings,modification of purchase application and BOM(Bill of Material,BOM)modification,at the same time,data tracking and display are studied from the perspective of information feedback,and the framework of design modification control system is preliminarily constructed.According to the business requirements and the analysis of the above methods,the overall architecture of the design modification system is designed,firstly,according to the system business under the C/S(Client/Server,C/S)architecture mode,the architecture is designed according to the data access layer,application service layer and user layer,and then the overall business process,sub-business process and function management model are designed in detail,the design of functional modules,information models and use case models is completed,the function of the system is validated by the actual case application of the project.The key factors of quality evaluation are analyzed,the scheme of design changing man-hour giving and the balance coefficient of construction changing man-hour are given,the problem of detail management is exposed by acquiring and analyzing system data.,and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward,on this basis,design quality control and KPI(Key Performance Indicator,KPI)assessment method based on data is put forward,and the control system of design modification is improved.
