With the rapid development of economy,the environmental problems behind it have become more and more serious.It has become the main research direction of domestic and foreign scholars for many years to reduce environmental pollution and mitigate global warming while maintaining economic growth.In a broad sense,In a broad sense,ocean energy,a kind of renewable energy and inexhaustible,not only includes the renewable energy attached to seawater,but also wind energy over the ocean,solar energy on the ocean surface and ocean biomass energy,etc.At the same time,the rapid rise of unmanned systems has recently become an indispensable part of people's life.Designing an unmanned platform for the application of ocean energy is a novel way to vigorously develop renewable energy.This article combined intelligence technology of USV with marine power generation technology to develop an unmanned platform for the application of ocean energy which can locate itself according to different environment of real-time mobile in case of the terrible effects of complex environment.It can simultaneously transport the stored electrical energy to the designated location through autonomous mobile.All specific research work and achievements are as follows:Firstly,according to the fuzzy mathematical ship type evaluation method,the selection analysis of the unmanned platform was carried out.After the ship type was selected,the preliminary design analysis of the unmanned platform was carried out,and the design of the main scale of the unmanned platform,the superstructure shape and the general arrangement design were completed.Secondly,aiming at the particularity of the unmanned platform,a kind of z-type driving propulsion device was designed to ensure the excellent navigation performance of the unmanned platform.The power generation system of the unmanned self-propelled platform,including the wave power generation system which can realize three degrees of freedom and the solar power generation system,was designed in detail.In view of the previous design,a quadramaran unmanned platform with small waterline surface for comprehensive utilization of marine energy was made by hand;the z-type driving propulsion device and the new wave energy power generation system were made,installed and adjusted.Furthermore,this paper designed a semi-autonomous planning navigation system which can realize autonomous collision avoidance.Using Visual studio platform and Visual Basic language to completed the compilation the ship model motion control program and designed the display interface of host computer.Finally,rapidity,maneuverability and seakeeping tests were carried out respectively on a quadramaran unmanned platform with small waterline surface for the application of ocean energy,including self-propulsion test,turning test,hydrostatic roll attenuation and static water pitch attenuation test.The test data was analyzed by adapting the identification software to verify the excellent performance of the quadramaran unmanned platform with small waterline surface;the wave energy power generation system and solar power generation system capable of realizing three degrees of freedom power generation The feasibility test was conducted to verify the rationality of the design.In addition,the designed navigation system able to realize self-collision avoidance was tested to verify the feasibility and reliability.
