In today's society,with the widespread use of various power electronic devices,the damage to the power grid is increasing.The generation of various harmonics seriously jeopardizes the power quality of the power grid,and causes the operation and maintenance of the power grid to become complicated,and also interferes with the economic benefits of the power.Power quality in the power grid will directly affect the working conditions of the power equipment.In order to judge the influence of various power quality problems and the degree of anti-interference during the operation of the power equipment,scholars at home and abroad have begun to study a device for power quality problem waveforms.This article first discusses the background and significance of the research.Through reading a large number of relevant literature,we can understand the research status of scholars at home and abroad.After clarifying the description of various power quality problems,the requirements of domestic and foreign scholars on power quality are integrated.After the power quality requirements at home and abroad are clarified,the circuit structure of the power quality waveform generator is designed.The hardware circuit structure of the design mainly includes a main circuit board,an electric signal conditioning board and a control board.The main circuit board is mainly designed for the rectifier circuit and the power quality waveform generation circuit.Through the definition of power quality standards,the main circuit operation principle and control strategy analysis,determine the rectification and inverter scheme that is most suitable for this design.The signal conditioning circuit mainly processes the electrical signal through the electrical signal measuring device,the amplifying circuit and the filtering circuit,so that the control board can complete the signal receiving.After the design of each parameter in the signal conditioning circuit is completed,the accuracy of the design is verified by Multisim software.After selecting the main circuit type and control strategy,the circuit is selected as the main control board of the power quality waveform generator with the DSP28335 as the core.the system hardware platform is built according to the designed scheme.After the hardware platform is built,it is the design of the software control system.The power quality waveform generator control system is mainly the control program in different working modes and the interrupt program in various control programs.ahuman-computer interaction interface based on LabVIEW software was established for easy manipulation.After the hardware platform and software control system are completed,the power quality waveform generator finally constructed by the team is tested,and the test results are analyzed accordingly.The test results show that the design can finally display the corresponding power quality interference waveform.At the end of the paper,the problems encountered in the design of power quality interference generator are summarized,and the shortcomings are pointed out.The future development of this topic is also prospected.
