Study On Schedule Optimization Of Green Building Construction Projects Based On BIM Technology

Since the 21 st century,with the continuous acceleration of China’s urbanization,the appearance of urbanization is also changing with each passing day.The scale of the construction market is also expanding with time,and the construction industry has become one of the lifeblood industries of China’s economy.However,behind this bustling scene,there are often huge waste of resources and environmental damage and other problems hidden behind.It has become an inevitable choice to promote the green building construction mode under the background of our country’s vigorous development and construction of "resource-saving and environment-friendly society",as well as the advocacy of "low-carbon economy" and "circular economy".We introduced BIM technology to supplement the current progress management theory systematically,and provided technical support for construction operation simulation,project collision inspection,and progress planning parameter information management,which greatly optimized the efficiency of progress planning management.Because BIM technology introduction in China later,however,the current phase is fumbling,research and development,due to the lack of these parts,led to the practical application of schedule management or empty talk,do not fully exert the BIM technology have something,so I think that based on BIM technology in the study of the history of the development of the construction schedule management must explore necessity.Through consulting a large number of literatures,theoretical research and analysis,and engineering case study,this paper combines the two to summarize and analyze the green building construction schedule management theory based on BIM technology.Firstly,I made a clear and clear elaboration on the research status of green building construction and BIM development at home and abroad.Secondly,based on the definition of green building construction and has carried on the induction to summarize,expressed the core connotation of green building construction,this paper expounds the advance of the meaning of green building construction work at the same time also induces and sums up the definition of BIM,will be the core of BIM technology and its application value has made the explicit expression,and combined with the core to the three-dimensional modeling software and other information associated with the software of comprehensive introduction,to introduce the concept of green BIM.Then,this paper expounds the BIM technology value advantage in green building construction schedule management as the breakthrough point,from the management target,management contents,management methods and management process and so on four aspects to build a green building construction schedule based on BIM technology management information management system,the BIM technology application by a clear route specification.Taking a nursing center of a recipient as an actual case,combined with Revit modeling software,Project Project management software and Navisworks collision inspection software,the model creation,parametric information management and practical application of 4d-bim progress plan management were deeply studied.Later,the construction operation simulation technology and collision inspection technology were applied to the project,and the problems such as the collision and conflict between the design drawings of various specialties,such as structure,architecture and electromechanical,and the layout optimization of the internal pipelines of electromechanical were effectively solved.In order to further improve the control level and work efficiency of construction schedule plan,we used BIM technology to track the progress plan,analyze the deviation of the plan and constantly adjust the schedule plan.We truly applied BIM technology to the actual project construction work instead of just talking about it.At the end of this paper,the author makes a systematic summary and conclusion of the whole paper,and puts forward personal prospects and Suggestions,which has certain theoretical significance and practical application value.
