Our construction industry has been developing rapidly since the reform and opening up,at the same time,the construction engineering quality accidents keep on increasing continuously.How to adopt scientific and reasonable methods to control and evaluate quality of construction engineering and then improve the overall quality level of construction engineering has become an important issue that draws the attention of the whole society at the moment.Comprehensive analysis and research on quality control and current evaluation situation for domestic and foreign construction engineering has been made.Shortages in the quality control and evaluation of construction engineering have been summarized.The main contents of this paper are as following:(1)At present,our construction engineering quality control still focuses on construction stage,while the quality control at design and operation stages is obviously inadequate.This paper takes 6# and 8# dormitory buildings of University of Science and Technology Liaoning as examples,adopts Glodon BIM5 D and its cell phone APP to make quality tracking and control during the whole life period for it and attains good effect.(2)On the basis of summarizing the evaluation principles and evaluation contents for quality of construction engineering,it introduces the applications of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation method systematically in quality evaluation for construction engineering respectively.MATLAB software has been adopted for programming and making GUI interface,and then analytic hierarchy process has been optimized.After analyzing the feasibility,it has been combined with fuzzy evaluation method and set up a multi-level fuzzy evaluation model for quality of construction engineering.(3)Combining the engineering characteristics of 6# and 8# dormitory buildings in University of Science and Technology Liaoning,90 quality influencing factors with affiliation have been selected.Multi-level fuzzy evaluation model has been adopted to make three levels of judgment and confirm the quality grade of this project.It has been found out through comparison that this evaluation result is in high consistency with the result of field scoring,which verifies the rationality and feasibility of this evaluation model.This paper also quantifies the evaluation result of quality influencing factor at each level.For the evaluation results of this project as well as the problems appeared in the project construction,corresponding quality control suggestions have been proposed.
