Research And Development Of Xinjiang Transportation Resource Catalogue System

Transportation informationization is an important part of national information construction.Accelerating the construction and development of information technology in the transportation industry is of great significance for promoting the innovation of the transportation management system and promoting the transformation and upgrading of the transportation industry services.It is also a necessary means to realize smart transportation.With the establishment and extensive application of IT systems in the Xinjiang transportation industry,the large amount of data generated has become the most strategic asset in the development of the transportation industry in Xinjiang.The data not only provides strong support for all aspects of traffic management such as traffic management,transportation,public transit,and transportation construction management.Moreover,using data to create value and achieve decision analysis also plays an important role in improving business efficiency and improving management and service standards.However,due to the lack of classification management of data and the lack of a scientific and complete data resource directory system,the problems of data management,usage,and sharing difficulties have made data management an important factor hindering the informationization process of Xinjiang's transportation industry.Based on the problems faced in solving the data management of Xinjiang's transportation industry,this paper sorts out the data resources of the transportation industry according to the functional requirements of the transportation administrative department of Xinjiang,and comprehensively classifies data resources according to the business subject and relevant resource objects.In this paper,the multi-dimensional data resource classification method for Xinjiang transportation industry is proposed,and the Xinjiang transportation data resources are then divided into three dimensions:traffic buisness-oriented,traffic service-oriented and traffic assistance-oriented.In the three dimensions,the Xinjiang transportation data resources were classified and a resource directory system was established.Based on the establishment of the data resource directory system,the data elements are encoded.Also a data resourcecatalogue management system for the transportation industry is developed,detailed data information query is provided and then the query and use of data resources in the Xinjiang transportation industry are facilitated.The method of establishing a resource directory system in different dimensions makes the management of data information in the data resource directory system clearer and more practical,and more effectively manages and uses the data of Xinjiang transportation industry,which promotes the sharing and use of data across systems and departments.It's also of great significance for promoting the sharing of data resources.
