Research On Old Industrial Buildings Renewal For Community Old-age Care Model

The community pension mode is the most suitable pension mode in line with the actual aging situation of the population in China at present.It can not only reduce the burden of family pension under the condition of miniaturization of family size,but also supplement the professional services of institutional pension in the community,and enrich the diversified needs of the elderly.However,at present,the elderly population in the old community is relatively concentrated,and because the planning and allocation standards of the old urban areas do not fully meet the changes of the new era,on the one hand,the old urban areas have less old-age facilities,on the other hand,the surrounding facilities in the old urban areas are mature,land resources are scarce,and it is difficult to build new old-age facilities.Therefore,it is proposed that the old industrial buildings should be aged and renovated to supplement community maintenance.Old facilities are used to relieve this pressure.The main contents of this paper are as follows:In the first chapter,based on the analysis of the current situation of population aging in China,the objectives and significance of this study are put forward.By studying a large number of domestic and foreign related research and practice,this paper analyzes the design methods and shortcomings of the old industrial buildings renewal for the old-age community pension mode,so as to determine the content of this study.In the second chapter,by analyzing the group characteristics and pension needs of the elderly,summarizing different community pension modes and the problems found in investigation and research,the system construction of community space aging and renewal design is generated.In the third chapter,writer summarizes the feasibility factors of the old industrial buildings' aging and renewal by studying the current situation of the old industrial buildings and the trend of the aging and renewal of the old industrial buildings and analyses the cases of the aging and renewal of the old industrial buildings.In the forth chapter,based on the research of community space aging renewaldesign needs,the writer puts forward the objectives and principles of old industrial buildings aging renewal under community pension mode,and elaborates renewal strategies and methods in detail.Firstly,designer analyses the selection of old industrial buildings.Secondly,designer determines the scale of community pension facilities,and then allocate service space.After that,analysis of aging space renovation methods,and then perfect aging design.Finally writer points out that the integration of building and community should be achieved.In the fifth chapter,it mainly talks about doing a project which is Guangzhou Green Lake Food Company into Yushatan Community Shelter Center,through the combination of specific design practice to achieve the purpose of enriching and supporting the theoretical research.Chapter 6 is a summary of this study,an analysis of the innovation and shortcomings of the study,and prospects for future research direction.
