New Elderly Community Design Research Of Relying On Medical Institutions In China

Of the world’s population aging and the aging of the population in developed countries the same time, China’s aging population has intensified. The phenomena have become a serious social problem as follow: Cardinal number of population, the small family structure and the appearance of “421 family”have been forming; An increasing number of the aged in empty-nest families and poor living conditions.The study of foreign endowment patterns of development and aging residential building, which should learn from China’s experiences. And analyzes the limitations of foreign pension mode in China. On account of domestic traditional home,community facilities, elderly community through the comparative analysis three kinds of current endowment patterns, synthesize the social economy, history and culture in our country and the influence on pension problems, such as life concept to explore new endowment living model suitable to China’s basic national conditions.Articles will be combined with elderly people living demand, and corresponds to China’s current economic development level and the status quo of the pension, relying on medical institutions of new elderly community is put forward. On this new type of elderly community medical institutions, accept the crowd of different ages and family structure, the formation of community residents age structure diversity of hybrid. Provide a wide range of community elderly living environment and medical institutions as the core of pension services and facilities, make old people in mental and physical state changes can easily adapt to the new environment.At last, Community planning and design of the new model are discussed in this paper, the planning should conform to the four principles: normalizing, the sustainability, diversification, resilient growth. And from the community site selection, planning, layout, scale, function structure discusses the design strategy of the community.
