Research On The Design Of Community Embedded Elderly Service Facilities Based On AIP In The Concept Of Local Security

Since our country entered the aging society in 2000,the aging population has grown rapidly,and the number of disabled,semi-disabled,elderly,and empty-nest elderly has gradually increased,and the contradiction between the life and care of the elderly has gradually emerged.In 2017,my country’s "Thirteenth Five-Year" planning system pointed out an old-age service system based on home,community-based support,institution-based supplement,and medical care.The importance of community old-age care can be seen from the policy background.However,the existing community old-age care facilities have a single function and poor environmental quality,which is far from the good expectations of the elderly in the community.Community embedded elder care is a new model of community elder care.In order to improve the development of community elder care and enrich the types of community elder care facilities,China has also built many community elder care centers such as elderly service centers,nursing homes,and day care facilities in a short time.Service facilities,but because of its rapid development and wide variety of development,many problems have been exposed.In order to understand the current status of community-based elder care,the author has done the following work: First,sorted out and read a large number of domestic and foreign literatures,and obtained the experience of developing community elder care abroad and the deficiencies of domestic community-based elder care.Second,combing the welfare policies of the developed countries in Denmark and Japan,the changes of the old-age care model and the practical experience of the construction of old-age facilities,hoping to provide some inspiration for the construction of embedded old-age facilities in communities in my country.Third,through field research on the needs of elderly care in Chengdu and embedded elderly care facilities in the community,we understand the diverse needs of elderly people with different physical conditions and the current situation of the facility environment.Fourth,select Chengdu community embedded elderly care service facilities to combine Shanghai’s Network cases were analyzed horizontally to understand the deficiencies in the software and hardware design of existing facilities in Chengdu.Fifth,on the basis of previous theoretical and practical investigations,solutions are proposed from the aspects of embedded themes and strategies,hardware environment design,software service design,and AIP’s exploration of community embedded pension models under the concept of local security.Finally,the practical significance of the community’s embedded elderly care facilities was demonstrated through a practical renovation project.
