Research Of The Elderly’s Facilities Configuration In Shenyang Old Unit Type Community

At present,"4-2-1" families in China’s aging society have gradually become the main component of society,and a series problems of old-age care have begun to emerge.China’s"Plan for the Development of the Aged and the Old-age System in the 13th Five-year Plan"states that " Based on community-based,institutions to supplement medical services with the pension system,"shows that relying on community-based home care has become the main mode of retirement in our country at this stage.Shenyang is one of the cities that entered the aging society earlier.Nowadays,Shenyang is a deeply aging society now.The problem of aging is prominent.A field survey of community elderly facilities in Shenyang found that the facilities are not evenly distributed and the allocation standard lacks pertinence and heavy form.Problems such as neglect content,Pay attention to work and neglect supervision have hindered the development of community-based care so that it can not meet the needs of the elderly.Under the project of "Pareto Optimality Shenyang residential areas endowment facilities planning configuration and space mode research." of the National Natural Science Foundation of China,this paper studies the configuration of pension facilities in residential settlements in Shenyang and puts forward some suggestions on the standard of commnuity elderly facilities allocation in Shenyang,So that the configuration of community facilities in Shenyang community can really meet the needs of the elderly,and make full use of community pension resources.The research scope of this paper is mainly aimed at the old-style unit communities in Shenyang.The field survey found that in the last century,the proportion of older people in the old community with family dependents in the original unit was large,and the problem of aging was prominent at this stage.Characteristics of the elderly,management of community policies,and environmental conditions are certain to exist in comparison with other types of communities Particularity,and such communities still exist in large numbers in the cities and are an important part of the Shenyang community.For the study of configuration content and allocation scale of old-age community in Shenyang,it can provide targeted reference for the allocation of old-age facilities in Shenyang community in the future.The first chapter of this dissertation is the introduction,which introduces the research background of the research background,purpose and significance,defines the related concepts,and analyzes the research content and the research framework;the second chapter is to configure the relevant research,The third chapter is the part of research,the author selects the community level division,the classification of facilities and the method of setting the standard in this article.The third chapter is about the research part,Old unit community as the research object.The survey is divided into two parts.One part is to investigate the use of existing facilities in the community.The other part is to investigate the needs of elderly living in the community.Through questionnaire interviews and data analysis,we can understand the elderly pension needs in the community In the fourth,fifth and sixth chapters,based on the results of the demand survey,we proposed the configuration of the old-age care facilities and the allocation scale qualitatively and quantitatively from the group level,district level and residential district level.The seventh chapter is the epilogue,including the research results,research limitations and prospects of the two parts.
