Research On Inventory Management Of F Enterprises Based On OTD

This paper studies the inventory problem of F enterprise,but the inventory problem of F enterprise is only a representation.Inventory conceals many problems of production and operation,such as insufficient demand plan,long lead time of order,unstable production and quality,etc.Therefore,it is necessary to consider why inventory problems occur and how to optimize them from the whole process of enterprise operation.For the main engine factory,its narrow "order-delivery" cycle includes a complete business chain from accepting the order requirements of the distributor to the production and manufacture of the whole vehicle to the delivery of the whole vehicle to the distributor.If the main engine factory can compress the "order-delivery" cycle and respond quickly to the needs of the distributor and customers,it will reduce the whole supply.It is of great significance to save the cost of inventory management and capital for the chain of inventory,and ultimately achieve win-win situation for customers,distributors and mainframe factories.The first part of this paper introduces the research status at home and abroad,including supply chain management and inventory control,the content and significance of this study.In the chapter of theoretical basis,the paper expounds the traditional inventory management theory,inventory control theory under supply chain mode,and "order-delivery"(OTD)theory of automobile industry.Then starting from the inventory problem of the whole vehicle,based on the factual data,it points out that the high level of inventory of the whole vehicle and the large long-term inventory of some cold door models are the main problems existing in the current inventory management of the whole vehicle in F enterprise.Then,from the two key factors of demand information management and "order-delivery" cycle which affect the inventory level of the whole vehicle,the paper expounds the current problems of F enterprise,and puts forward the improvement methods for these problems.While discussing the whole vehicle inventory problem,this paper also pays attention to the spare parts inventory of F enterprise,especially the imported parts inventory.Some methods are put forward to shorten the lead time of imported parts to improve the inventory problem.Through the analysis and discussion of these problems,it is of great theoretical and practical value to improve the inventory problem of F enterprise.At the same time,it provides some ideas for other research on inventory control of automobile enterprises.
