Data monitoring plays a vital role in electric aircraft flight experiments.How to design a safe and reliable data monitoring system is the core of this link.The monitoring system is built on an electric aircraft for real-time data monitoring of the generator system and the drive motor system mounted on the electric aircraft,and a lower-range TTP communication system for collecting data is designed.Aiming at the problem of channel blockage of multi-node response return data caused by event triggering in general lower-level communication system and low system reliability caused by continuous operation after data transmission single-channel damage,an electric aircraft monitoring based on TTP communication is designed.The system can basically solve the above problems.In this paper,the upper computer system is developed by LabView platform.It mainly realizes serial communication,data synchronous acquisition and processing,and has functions such as data storage and motor oscilloscope.It can send running commands by setting man-machine interface.In addition,for the problem that the LabView is limited by the Windows system,the high-precision timing program written by the C language is used as a timer instead of the timer provided by LabView,which achieves the precise timing of the data.For the lower-end machine TTP communication system,the basic characteristics of the TTP bus,the bus topology,the data frame format,the specific parameter design,the group startup process and the redundancy management method are analyzed in detail.The designed TTP communication system is composed of four DSP control nodes,and each TDMA cycle releases data frames to the dual RS-485 bus to complete data communication.A variety of fault injection tests were carried out on the TTP lower-position communication system.The experimental results show that the system is not affected by all single-channel faults and can prevent data accumulation conflicts,which provides a good security guarantee mechanism for the system and greatly improves the system.Reliability and real-time.
