With the development of society,scientific and technological and medical concepts,the second tide of hospital construction has swept the China since 2003.The target crowd of humanized hospital design is not only the patients,but also the accompaniers and medical staff.As the important users of the hospital,the needs of medical staff for the work space should be fully considered in the construction of the hospital.In order to avoid repeated problems avoid the problems that exist in the old existing hospitals in the process of hospitals construction,this paper will evaluate the outpatient department Medical-staff-space of large general hospitals in Guangzhou and propose corresponding optimization design strategies.Through relevant literature and practice research,as well as combing the outpatient department Medical-staff-space of large hospital,this paper divides the outpatient department Medical-staff-space into public medical department,medical-treatment areas and medical-staff areas of independent department.Based on the needs of the outpatient medical-staff,this paper presents five characteristics of the outpatient department Medical-staff-space,including efficiency,comfort,health,safety and sustainability,and then analyzes five impact factor sets for the outpatient Medical-staff-space and constituent factors of each factor set.Based on the evaluation level indicators composed of the Medical-staff-space impact factor sets of the outpatient department,the paper establishes the Post Occupancy Evaluation(POE)system of the outpatient department medical-staff space of general hospital,with Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Additive Scoring Method.Through the POE constructed in this paper,the POE practice of the outpatient department's Medical-staff-space of Panyu Central Hospital and Lingnan Hospital was carried out,and the evaluation results of the Medical-staff-space of the two outpatient departments of the hospital were obtained.Through the comparative analysis of the evaluation results of the two hospitals,the advantages and problems of the outpatient department medical-staff space of the two hospitals were found.Through the mutual learning of the analysis results,this paper proposes a corresponding optimized design strategy to promote the benign design cycle of the Medical-staff-space in the outpatient department of large general hospitals in Guangzhou.
